I also prefer summer clothes, but at my age it's better to cover up a lot..

The less the better!

Although I hate being overheated when dressed, nothing like sweating in makeup.

That's why in the summer, I wear my kilts every chance I can. Not the same I know but, I'm outside in a skirt after all. Looks kinda funny with shaved legs though.:D

I am looking foward to it getting warmer. First my wife bought me Satin PINK PJ's for Christmas, which it is still too cold to wear to bed or around the house. Second, I will be able to start wearing my ladies Hanes t-shirts and shorts again. They are unisex looking, which my wife is OK with. She still does not want to see me fully dressed in a dress/skirt, makeup, wig, and heels. Wearing unisex clothing, I still look male to her. I am hoping I can get her to let me wear capries or ladies slacks this summer too, since they are unisex enough in looks. I have been wearing my new PINK robe and PINK slippers she also bought me for Christmas, so she is starting to see a little more real fem clothing on me. I am hoping it will show her that it still me even if the clothing shouts female.

also its alot more comfortable in summer.

I have the summertime blues, but just for the reverse reason... Here on the French Riviera, the weather is so hot and humid during the July August season, that dressing isn't comfortable at all, wearing a wig is just so bad, making up almost impossible, so summertime means no dressing for a couple of month::(

Having lived foe a while in the NY City area and having esperienced the hot and sticky weather in Manhattan, I bet that X-dressers in that area also don't find summer such a great season to dress "en femme"...

Yet I aggree with you, short summer dresses and light color skirts and blouses are real pretty...

Summer is a better time for dressing I think. You can dress light and sexy and not get cold :hugs:

Unfortunately I can indulge less during the Summer, too.

Light-weight shirts don't hide the tell-tale straps of the slips I love to wear so much and my envy level of the girls who can wander round in the lightest of materials is at its most intense.

Ah me!

Too hot and humid for me in the Summer, I prefer Spring and Fall. Winter is too cold, but at least I won't sweat off my makeup.:heehee:

Some of the hotter days in summer were a real challenge. It was easy to have 2 outfits, though. I'm beginning to get the routine down for winter. You can cover up a lot with a jacket. I can have everything on underneath it.

It depends for whom you are wearing a skirt. If it is just for you, enjoy yourself and there's no downside at all.

Personally I just love summertime. Skimpy is good.

I love summer fashions but spring and fall are best for me. Too hot and humid in the summer for make-up.

Oh, yes I seem to want to dress more in the summer. Seeing the GGs in dresses, shorts, skirts etc makes me want to even more. I get so envious.

Depends where in the world you are.

Here in England, it does not get as hot as America in the summer so is ideal.

Short skirts and camis look good on rgs. I like to copy them to look just as good!

At the moment it is winter. Are you in Australia or something?

Summertime???? Oh, I see, you are at the opposite end of the earth! LOL. Well, we did have 68 degrees yesterday, and a thunderstorm currently.

Actually, I kind of like winter for dressing, I can wear loose sweaters over the top and wear what I want underneath :)

Hmmm, I want to see that! Well, maybe not! LOL

Hey, I still have a bit of my summer tan lines :)

I tend to have had "outside work" during the summer. I have very hairy legs and live in a very homo-phobic area. I don't do full dress in the summer, hate the way hair and hose go together.:( I have to wear shorts in the summer if the temp is over 70.

I tend to shave from October-April. But not recently.:(

I remember summer, those were good times, but long ago.

Since I do most of my dressing in the comfort of my bedroom I don't really worry about the weather all that much. But yes, love those short skirts and summer dresses.

I love the summer too. Just to see the GG's in those short skirts and shorts and sundress, just makes me want to dress more. It gets really hot here but you get use to it. And I can get away with light makeup,so that is no problem. It may get over 100 degrees F here but it is the humidity that really gets to you.
