I recently had cause to look back on my recent past and realised, without thinking about it and just doing it, that my life has changed due to my TG'ism.

I went full time CDing just over 3 year ago, but TBH it was half heartedly, mix and match clothing, something that could be read either way, no makeup or jewelry when working.

Then I had cause to change my job last year. Things changed, I present totally female at work, still needing to wear slacks due to the nature of the job, but all female style. Make up, nail polish, hair, well TBH the works. I even changed my name officially to Nigella.

I was accepted without question as Nigella, I am out and about presenting me, not a "bloke in a dress". So why this thread???

Because when the world says you can't - YOU CAN

Amen, Nigella.

I've learned the same lesson - much to my surprise.

Hi Nigella

I am so glad to hear you are finally getting to where you really want to be

You are right you can do it if the circumstances are right for you :)

You are right! We can if that is really what our heart desires. Knowing what you have done will make it easier for some girl on this forum to do the same. Thanks for being a pioneer and an inspiration. And for giving others hope because you have shown that it can be done.

YES!

This is my response to people when they ask "why do you do it?"

Because I CAN!
