Ok ladies...I had a good purge today.....After discussion with my SO, we decided to have a small bonfire this morning...and in it went all my male underwear! Strictly a panties girl now...well, panties, tap pants, pantyhose..:heehee: but only feminine!

Good luck on that, however what a waste! I sold my stuff at Ebay and bought a new PC with the proceeds. I did keep my one special and favorite outfit, a red silk dress with a full swirly skirt.

Even the dress in my avatar was sold at Ebay.

Bobby, She burned her male underwear not her female stuff. Michelle congrats on the purge.

You had me worried for a second there till I read it, then I realized it was your male undies. Maybe I should do the same since I haven't worn anything but panties since last march when one of the gurls suggested a pantie day.LOL I liked it so much that every day has become a pantie day.:hugs:

I think an exception can be made in this case. A dignified end to the "tighty whitys"

I am soooo proud of you, I think most of us can relate to the "purge" as going the other way, getting rid of all our femm things, I cant even tell you how many times I have done that and dollars out the window, but at some point, I reached mine many years ago, we have to make that final dession of who we really are and where we are going, even if some of us dont live full time as girls we realize we are girls at heart and stop the internal strugle and accept ourselfs for ourselfs. Purging your male undies is a wonderful feeling, dont go back now, and stay on track. Even though I do still work as a male, yuk, I wear only my lingerie under my male clothes and as soon as I get home the male stuff comes off and I am all girl.
Its funny though, that I hate wearing and taking off "MY" male clothes, I really enjoy seeing my date in nice looking male clothes and really enjoy taking off "HIS" male clothes, there is nothing sexier than a man in boxers, mmmmmm, but getting back to you, you go girl and be proud of your acomplishment. Monica.

Congratulations! As usual, threads with the word purge in the title get my heart racing with, "NO! Don't purge!" What a relief to find out it was your male stuff. :heehee:

We have been doing a lot of talking lately about who he is when it is just "him" and who he is when it is her... being together 24/7 in a married relationship it is not practical to keep the D/s thing going all the time so we have talked about how the different dynamics work. I tend to feel that we are slightly "disconnected" when it is just "him" and don't really like it so the conclusion that made the most sense was to just be "her" all the time...not fully dressed but her all the same. (did that make sense? LOL) anyways it was a happy time this morning watching the male undies go up in smoke!! As always I had to document the event with a picture!

When Sandra and I decided it was time to go 24/7 all male clothing was boxed up and placed on top of the wardrobe.

We had the usual, don't bin them, you will purge, you will want them. We thought that if they hadn't been moved within 12 months, then that would be the time to get rid.

I didn't have to make that choice, after 4 - 6 months, she asked me if I still wanted to leave them there? The obvious answer, well suffice to say they went to the local charity shop.

Never looked back.

For those who rid your male clothing including undies, I hope to Gosh that the undies went to the incinerator or trash. Not even Goodwill wants anyones ol crusty briefs.

But yeah this is about the only good purge is with the drab.

The Olsen sisters think a good purge is, er, nevermind....

I keep a few pairs of men's briefs {still in the package} to wear to the doctor's office. However I always forget to wear them, they still sit on display on a shelf in my bedroom. All the others went to the landfill some years ago.

And I always thought a "good purge," would be an oxy-moron! Are you sure you to keep some Y-fronts around, for places like the men's locker room over at the Country club? I would have thought you would have kept at least a couple of pairs for those "special times!"

Well Good Luck anyway, I am envious!

Peace and Love, Joanie

I haven't owned male underwear for years...or socks, for that matter. And I don't even look back.

Pantyhose and tights are my only "underwear" and "socks," all year round, for work and play. My doctor (female) and another doctor at her office, as well as several lab techs, have seen me in my pantyhose many times, with no issue whatsoever. The wife is OK with it, and naturally, it's perfect for me!

WTG! Kinda reminds me of the 1970's when women burned there bras for liberation. Maybe that's what we all should start doing for transgender liberation, start burning our male underware in public.

I had a good purge last weekend, too. But instead of my man undies I got rid of all the hose with runners, panties with holes and clothes that don't fit. As much as I didn't want to get rid of any femme stuff, I still needed more room in the closet for better and prettier stuff!...

Also, I think it's a step up in that it's a start towards de-fetishizing the clothes.

respect and love (for a streamlined and up-graded wardrobe)

Since I have gone almost 24/7 and increased my femme wardrobe our closets and drawers are very full in two bedrooms. I'm a hoarder. My wife and I decided that my male clothes should be purged but I will have no say in what she throws out.
She has not done it yet but it will be happening soon. I can't wait to get my femme clothes in one place and of course have room for more.:heehee:

If I didn't have to change in the locker room at work I would also go 100% with the panties :hugs:

I've had two huge vinyl totes in my spare closet full of everything from skirts, dresses, sweaters, tops, jeans, etc...
I've had a desire to get rid of some of it.
Well, I ran into an old friend (female) who I hadn't seen in almost 20 years.
She has matured into a beautiful woman (in her mid 30's) and her sizes looked very similar to my own.
I told her that I had a lot of clothing that I had bought for an old girlfriend, but never gave it to her, and some kind of story about how me and the ex girlfriend wanted to start buying clothing and selling it on e-bay, and before I knew it, I had a closet full of womens clothing, that I'd like to get rid of, before any of my adult children ever discovered them.
She looked through everything and I told her to take all of it, keep what she wanted, and give away the rest. I ended up loading her up with about 15-20 pairs of womens jeans, too.
I don't regret getting rid of some of the stuff that I havent worn in years, and I kinda feel pretty good that I'll probably end up seeing her wearing all of that stuff.
I still have four other totes in my personal closet, but those are full of bras and panties, plus another tote full of high heels.

I guess "purging" might be quite normal for any "female"
Every woman that I ever knew always found a reason to
get rid of some of their "old" clothing as just another
reason to go out and purchase new clothing in the newest
styles and fashions. So, what I'm trying to say is that
everyone "purges" to some extent or another.

I'm glad you purged those male things are uncomfortable to wear. For me I will help fellow veterns that are homeless that don't have things. And give all that to a veterns group I belong to.

About a month ago, I gave away alot of my "female" clothing to a female friend who've I've known from a long time ago, and recently have gotten back in touch with one another. She said that she's been wearing alot of the outfits that I had given her, sweaters, tops, blouses, etc... I met her recently for a cup of coffee and noticed that she was wearing one of the turtleneck sweaters that I had given her. I didn't feel that there was a need to mention that I "recognized" that top, but it sure looked good with a real nice set of boobs underneath! I wasn't wearing alot of those clothes anyways, and probably forgot half the stuff that I had, but it's nice to know that it went to a good cause for a good friend!:hugs:

I did the same thing with all of the mens underwear I owned several years ago. I own only two pair now and they are only for the doctor office visits. Come to think of it I don't need two pair so should get rid of one of them.

It's a long time since I had any male underwear, but I've been slowly purging all my male clothes — or to be more accurate, replacing them with female versions of the same. T-shirts, jumpers and jeans, but with nicer cuts and colours. Nobody seems to mind :)

Hope you got a permit for the fire. That would take some explaining when the fire department shows up.

Congrats!!

Any plans for the other male clothes?

It is liberating to be rid of the last pair of boy undies!!:D I have purchased a couple of pair of panties that look like male briefs for my doctor visits. imagine womens underwear made to look like mens underwear for a guy who wears women's underwear so as to have guy looking underwear when the undies will be seen OMG!
