When it comes to breast size, normal women have no choice since they are born with them. They can enhance them but their normal size would be known to them. How should a cd decide on his(her) cup size? Chest size can be measured but the cup sizes have a large range (A to GG and more).

In some ways it's a question of proportion. A petite person with 34G breasts seems 'out of proportion' just like someone with 44A breasts. HOWEVER, beauty is in the eye of the beholder, so go for the look you want! I have forms from 38A to 38DD to match my moods. The larger forms have never been 'out' of the house are are just for fulfilling a fantasy. When I go out dressed, its usually the C forms because I think they look proportioned for my frame. The A and B forms are usually for underdressing in male mode. Have fun! Also you can have more than one set of forms!

At one time I had "C" forms and they just appeared too small for my frame. I have since moved up to "D" forms and with my frame (6 ft tall 220 lbs) they are proportional to my size and look the best, which in turn gives me a great femme form. My recommendation is to determine which size best suits your frame and go with that.

As for me I picked up the phone and called the BreastFormStore.
These ladies are very CD supportive and after about 20" or so I was helped as to what size was best for me. Now they will ask question as to what look you want, small, big , or what ever.
Me I wanted average for a 5'8" women, ended up with a perfect C size an am very happy. :2c:

Yes, unlike GGs, we have a choice. I'm 5'11" (OK 6'2"+ in my 5" heels) and 175lb, and I bought a 38C bra which gives me a noticeable bust without being "in your face". I have a 39" chest, which grows to 42+ with forms (only use 400g rice bags at present), but over 40" hips and a 30" waist (with corset), I still look top-heavy, not typically feminine proportions, but I'd be happy to venture out (if my wife was more supportive) at that size. If I wanted to enjoy an erotic image in my closet, I'd go for 38D or 38DD, and to h*ll with looking natural! One day I'll get silicone forms for both these sizes.
I've also noticed that if you want to show cleavage, you'll need something (tape/NuBra etc) to push your breast tissue to where it's noticeable, and use one or two chicken fillets to make up the volume in a demi-cup bra. Full size forms are no use here because they'll show.

Through all the years I have been dressing I have worn many different sizes and styles of bras. Trial and error played a large part in my choice, but I have also always been partial to large natural breasts. The very first bra I wore was that of a girlfriend. It was a 32a and was very tight and uncomfortable, but I was in heaven while I wore it. One of my sisters who was four years ahead of me in school, wore a 34b, so I tried hers on and it fit pretty good so I would wear my sister's bra when I was "experimenting" with dressing, and through my teenage years.
In early adulthood I rescued several bras from a box of clothes that my mother in law was going to donate to Goodwill. Her bras were 36c and I stuffed the cups with nerf balls, which were a perfect fit. 36c was my bra of choice for many years until one time when I bought a 36d by mistake. The nerf balls were a little too small to fill the cups but I bought a pair of foam rubber falsies and they worked fine with the nerf balls.
As my body expanded, my chest broadened to about 39 inches. I have reached my final size now at 40d. Depending on my weight fluctuation, a forty band size can fit me loose but never too tight. Also my affinity for large breasts may someday give me cause to increase my cup size to a double or perhaps even a triple D. If you know your band size, then cup size should be just a matter of personal choice. Go with whatever looks and feels best on you. Good luck in deciding hon, and happy bra shopping. Being a "crossdresser" we have the advantage over real women.
We can "change" the size of our breasts.
I have three different sets ( B, C, and D )
Depending upon the clothing, and my mood,
I can change the size of my breasts!

I had a bra and breast form fitting at a mastecomy supply store. The lady that did the fitting helped me pick the cup size that best fit the overall frame of my body. Turned out to be a 44D and I am happy as a clam.

I am a medium frame girl so I've always felt I was a 36C/D. I have several forms that fit perfectly. I prefer Maidenform and Bali Bras. They just seem to fit and they look so good. Of course, matching panties, (I like French hi cuts). Although my weight varies, I walk and work out alot to keep trim and firm.

my choice is a 38b or c, i am 5' 11" tall and weigh 150. so i am small framed, size 6 in skirts, etc. i like the b to c size, they fit frame and looks natural. But you have to freedom to choose what makes you happy. My personal though if you are tring to pass you don't want to stand out , so go natural maybe a bit bigger, you go too big, people are gonna look. after all if you see a woman with big breasts you look....

I had my wife help me. At first Mine where too big, so my wife asked to to reduce. After experimenting we decided that a "C" was the correct size (though they still are bigger than hers :) )

Actually, this was an ongoing lifetime "project" for me, although not a major one. It's not just the forms and the size of them necessarily, it's how well the look works and that includes the bra you use as well as just where they sit on your chest. You also have to decide how much weight you want to carry around. Genetic gals don't have that choice, we do. If you want SPFX (i.e. "bouncing", etc.) you have to consider that as well. What I finally settled into was a 38B, which seems to work well with my slim 5'8" frame and looks pretty good. Not too big but not a "pirate's dream" either. Depends on what you are trying to accomplish really, like everything else.

I scheduled an appointment over the phone at Feke's outside of Detroit. They are a wig shop and breastform supply store that services "both men and women". They were very private, helpful, and supportive. When they helped me put on my first "public" bra and adjusted the straps, I knew I was in the right place. They set me up perfectly.

If you are concerned with look, then proportion is very important. And if you are out in public I think even more so. It seems the closer you emulate the female form the less persecuted you'd be.
However, for me, being not out, I just prefer what I have naturally now. Mostly cause even in girls I like small breasts. So I enjoy my small breast, I can fit a 32B or 34A easily. But it does look disproportional to my 6' 195ish lb frame so it might be odd or awkward in public which you lead me to seek forms to make them look proportional.

My first forms were C/D enhancers. I used soft polyfoam to fill in the back side of them. Here's what is great about them. They stay the same bra size, but by adjusting the backing in them, u can make them STICK OUT more, or less! That gives me several options with the one set, depending on the look I want.
I have a number of full silicone forms now. However, I STILL wear my old enhancers the most!

I guess that I have an advantage over many of you ladies. I am 5' 10", weigh about 165, and have the good fortune to be a natural 40 B! I have many 40 B and C bras, as well as several 38 B's(for when I want more cleavage) and even a couple of 36 B's to produce really great cleavage!:heehee:
Like most of you though, I try to look "proportioned" properly. We have all seen GG's who were way out of proportion, probably thru surgery! I just like to look feminine, not to show off a great "rack" as it is known here in the South!

Simple formula for this girl. with a 38" chest, C's seemed more natural, and passing.

I only have a 36 inch chest and not wanting myself to have "huge boobs" it seemed kinda obvious for me. I have a B cup.

I have seven pairs of breast forms of different shapes and sizes purchased over a number of years, and increasing band sizes. When picking a pair to wear, I put on a good fitting bra with the underwire fitting just right around my natural breasts, then I select the pair that fills the cups out. Currently my favorite forms are sized for a 42B bra, I wear them in a 42C or D bra. This combination works under almost all my tops. My largest forms work well in a 42DDD bra but tops are too tight in the bust and larger tops are too loose everywhere else. If you are trying to match gg's in cup size, go shopping for a bra in your band size and select the cup size that is most common in the store.

Thanks for the wonderful insight, girls. My experience has been that I am most comfortable with a 38 band which fits closer-the 40 is just a bit loose. C seems to be pretty popular, and I find that it suits me
perfectly. D would be a step up, if I decided that I wanted to look a little fuller (It's nice for us ladies to have a choice without having to have an operation, isn't it!)

I am pretty skinny being 5'11, 140 lbs with a 36" chest. When I got my forms from thebreastformstore.com, I chose to go for a size appropriate for a 36C chest. I wanted large set of breasts but really big so I do not stand out.

I am 5' 7" and 160 pounds. My first bra was a 36C, which gave me a proportional bust but I felt that I needed something bigger. I just got my new forms today, 36DD and they are great. They give me the full bodied look that I wanted while still fitting my body size well.
