First off, I feel my CD'ing - and everyone's - is a positive thing. I don't feel anything negative about it but hope that one day it would be more accepted in society...

Disclaimers aside lol - I have noticed one real positive outcome of my Selene... I have really dieted seriously and exercised to work toward getting that perfect figure! Heck, dropped 6 pounds in three weeks...! Which will get me back in shape for cycling so I have an excuse for shaving my legs again!

Way to go. Yes I often use my dressing as inspiration for healthy eating and active lifestyle.

I have to admit that my CDing has helped me stay on my diet. I have lost 30 pounds this last year. Dropped from a size 18/20 to a size 12/14. As a side benifit, my doctor cur my med does in half, which also cut my med bill down a lot too.

Selene...that's great.

Kristen is so much better about how she looks, eats and exercise than her male counterpart. Whenever I get tempted to splurge or not get to the gym I look at my older pictures from a year ago...or go and eye that new dress on line in smaller size.....

My CDing does make me feel a lot better about myself. I'm much more relaxed and less stressed.
However, when I'm driving my aggresive guy side tries to take over, but I think I'm started to get a handle of it.

Hugs!

Great start, keep it up and enjoy the freedom of the open road with wind in your hair. It's great to drop a dress size and have beautifully shaved legs.

Wonderful Selene!

I don't know how many times I have gone to the fridge to get a snack and thought twice then put in back.

2 pounds a week. They say that is the healthiest rate and most likely to keep it off. So yeah keep at it. At that rate you could easily be at your goal by June or sooner. And then, watch out world! Her trim butt is hitting the town!
