Back Tatoo design

Girls, I need help please. I am searching for a tatoo design I may have seen here somehwere in the past. Several weeks ago. I can't be sure , but it sorta represented lying down straight on view of the mommy parts. if you will. It is a dark, black line drawing, I am not sure of it's true representation. I hope this rings a bell for someone... It is driving a girl crazy, and it is the ome I want on my lower back.
