I don't know about the rest of the country but where I live this has been an unusually snowy winter. (I know, some of you girls in the south and southwest are saying what's snow, what's winter?) Anyway, I'm thinking the snow might be gone by mid July if we're lucky. I have seen some previous threads from girls saying that they would go out en femme to shovel snow. I haven't shoveled completely en femme, but I do underdress and I have made a discovery that might be useful to others who are still shoveling snow.

When I underdress to shovel snow, I will wear my panties along with a waist nipper and a high waist girdle. I started doing it because I have a slight hernia and I don't want it to bulge from lifting all that snow. Tha waist nipper and girdle work well at holding in my tummy so the hernia won't bulge, but an added benefit is terrific back support. I can dress in the morning in my waist nipper and girdle, go out and shovel snow for several hours, and my back doesn't hurt like it used to.

So if you haven't tried it yet, I reccomend Jill's remedy for a sore back is a firm control waist nipper, and a firm control high waist girdle of your choice. It has worked wonders for me girls, maybe it will work for you too.

Luv and :hugs: Jill

I use one of those velcro and elastic back supports. I put it on under my clothes and keep it very tite. Works great for support when I work, or after I've hurt my back and need to keep going.

If there is much more than an inch or two I use the snow blower. Great idea, you can also head off to work or anywhere with that reason to back it up. Love it.
