Hope 'ya have lots of fun, but I have a question---is the Sydney Mardi Gras a big party under the Mardi Gras theme, or do you follow a different calender for Lent/Easter?I'm a big New Orleans Mardi Gras fan,and we had an early Mardi Gras this year, strictly tied to the day before Ash Wednesday, so what's the story Down Under??

I had a good time a little nerves just tried to blend in I only herd two people luffing but it may have been my paranoia the girl said they dropped back behind me to see if people where staring but they said just a quick glance and then they went about there business we went out at 6pm and at that time there is still plenty of light The restaurant staff were good and when we turned up at a coffee shop later that night the staff greeted us with how can we help you LADY'S finely got home at 2am

As for the question that vikki was asking I don't much about the Sydney Mardi Gras or it history and last night we didn't see much of it we ended up in a part of Sydney that was not involved with it so I was a little out of place which was good experience for me and the rest of the world but eny way here is the web site http://www.mardigras.org.au/
