All my life like most guys i get turned by a sexy girl. The sexy legs short skirt, high heels you know what i mean the ****ty look that turns a guys head and makes us stare and our wives angry. Most guys are drawn to the girl by what she is wearing and i am too but now that i wear those same things i think i am just as attracted to what she is wearing. most guys want to take those clothes off and get the girl .I want to wear those clothes and be that girl for a little while

when i see women the first thing i see is their clothing. it's what attracts me to women. many times i don't even get to the actual person because i am stopped dead in my tracks by their outfit.
and of course most times my wife doesn't believe me. she laughs and says it's just an excuse to look at women. it's not. ahhh the dynamics of the male/female relationship.

I have been a girl watcher for many, many years. I enjoy seeing the way girls dress and I have learned a lot from watching them. I have always enveied them and wished I could be them, but I would not want anything to do with guys, only girls.

Your thoughts must cover most of us it does for me but there is the other side now and then after I can;t totally change my feelings It depends on how good the girl looks. :hugs:

yes, precicely,
so many times over the years have been browbeaten for ogling over yong sweet flesh when the object was not "have" her, as pleasant to exciting as that might have been, but to be her.
and, oh girls, to be able to dress like her.
to turn heads, to feel approved even desired.
no, wouldn't want a man.
but the attention and, most importantly, my self approval for being lovely, desireable and dressed sweetly to provocatively,
you have said it so well for me.
thank you,

It's got to be a combination of both.
A sexy, hot bodied girl wearing sexy hot clothes!
I think its the total package.
I dont think a big fat and ugly woman wearing a sexy ****ty outfit works for me. :drink::drink::drink::drink::drink::drink::drink:: drink::drink::drink::drink:

I love the **** look, both on myself and seeing it on GG's. Even if the woman has some extra weight on her and the average person might think that she shouldn't dress like that, I give her the thumbs up for having the confidence to flaunt herself.

For me it is both. The clothing, the femininity...
There is a nude photography website I visit daily to see the "Beauty of the day". They show tasteful nude photography, and some days the curves catch my eye, and some days it's the hair or the scenery...or the partial clothing - It doesn't turn me on, it just has a beauty to it. Domai dot com for anyone that is interested, and it is not work safe but not porn either....
But I also like to look through a couple of catalogs that come in the mail from time to time - I bet my mailwoman knows about that b/c the last time I talked to her she just had this lil grin on her face...

What Scottie says makes sense and I've been thinking about this one. While we cannot help but notice some things because of being a man what I've realized is that since being in touch with my feelings, I no longer objectify women or their clothes but rather think about what kind of person they are and how I would relate to them. If that makes me some kind of oddball, so be it. I'm more interested in people for who they are rather than what they are these days.

Yes, I wonder about this every day.
I always want to know whether the
GG is wearing nylon or cotton panties.
Sometimes I'll see a beautifully dressed
woman and then I race home to get dressed up
myself!

I am often much more interested in the wrapping than the content of the package. I remember being out shopping with my spoose one day when a girl walked by wearing a red and white plaid knife-pleated skirt, white blouse with a Peter Pan collar covered by a red v-neck wool sweater. She was wearing white kneesox and black and white saddle shoes. I was apparently staring and my spoose elbowed me in the ribs, saying, "She is much too young for you." I responded, "I am not looking at her, but I am in love with her outfit."
To this day, I still do not remember what the girl's face looked like, but I do remember the outfit. It looked just like what one of my dolls is modelling here: http://s7.photobucket.com/albums/y293/TaffyCheerful/?action=view¤t=117_Gemma_PlaidSkirt.jpg

Since I find men as attractive as women, it is the appearance more than anything. I love long healthy hair and any woman how has a figure and shows it off.
I was just talking with my girlfriend (as in friend who is a girl not SO) about Amy Winehouse and how pretty she was before the coke got to her.
I am finding myself less and less desiring to be that woman I see and more and more wondering where she got the shoes or top she is wearing.

For me it is the whole package. I truly love women and everything female. I first notice the complete female person. then it's how she acts, walks, talks, gestures ,and how she smells what she wears everything!!!! mesmerizing:D
Let's face it Girls rule!:heehee:

I think I have done both sides of that coin. In other words, it's not always what they're wearing but what they're almost wearing. Granted, on a more mature woman I check out the clothes and fantasize about wearing what she's wearing. But with many of the younger females, (teens to late twenties), it's usually a skimpy top, skin tight low rise jeans, mini skirts, or shorts that have less coverage than some swimsuits. With them, the first thing I check out are their assets which they are usually flaunting. That's when I wish I had been born a girl so I could not only wear those clothes but so I could flaunt my assets too. Luv and :hugs: Jill

From the posts that are made on this forum and from the mini surveys done here, a large proportion of the crossdressers.com members are still living as heterosexual males... So it is logical that the majority should be attracted to nice women features.
But most of the members here are also attracted by nice feminine clothes... So it is also logical that we may be attracted by very nice clothes worn by a woman we see in public or in private parties.
In the ideal world I suppose that we would like to see beautiful women dressed in beautiful clothes...
But indeed some times, even when the woman is absolutely gorgeous, I feel more attracted to the clothes she's wearing than by the woman...
I often think that I would like to ask the woman "Where did you buy that skirt? (top/dress, etc)" Or worse, dreaming of asking her if she would consider selling it to me
Obviously, I've never done it nor do I plan to do it at any time. But it shows how attracted I have been sometimes to the clothes that a woman was wearing in front of me.

I'm a sucker for a pretty face for one. Add beautiful long hair, a nice figure and an attractive outfit and I'm ga ga. But even with a woman that's not so attractive, if she's wearing feminine clothing I will enter a fantasy world. If the woman looks like a TS I find them interesting to say the least.
OK, certain articles of clothing nearly put me in a trance.

On a black to white continum, a pretty girl and the clothes she is wearing goes on one end. The other end is an unpretty girl and baggy clothes. Obviously, I want to be wearing the great sexy clothes and try to be the pretty girl. I can actually turn myself on by wearing those clothes. Seeing a great looking girl go by or a plain girl in great clothes elicits the same reaction.

You've hit the nail on the head so to speak. I too look at what they are wearing and how they carry themselves, then I look at the girl. I also wish is could wear what they are wearing and look as good or better.
you put that perfect..... I was going to say the same thing, but you summed it up so elouquently!

I like looking at pretty girls and also want to wear what they are wearing.
In my ideal world i would find an accepting woman who encouraged me to dress the same as her..preferably tarty!! [How,s that for an unnachievable fantasy?]

I love to think about wearing the cloths that most pretty women are wearing also. Lately I have been paying alot of attention to all the features, nails, make-up, brows well you get the picture.

Usually when I see gorls walking I first look at the clothes and than to the person wearing it :P I do not like everything, Most of the time I think I would not have bought it myself..
But most of the time I can get more excited about the clothing than about the girl.

Why not both. Take her clothes off, have mutual fun (she has to be willing) and then put her clothes on yourself. Could be a fun game for those of you with an accepting SO that wears the same size clothing.

When i first started going out with my partner she always thought i was looking at the women but after a while she started to understand its not the women but the clothing just the other day we were stuck in traffic because there was a food and wine festival nearby and she said now is a great time to look at all the clothing these women are wearing as she also loves to wear very nice things needless to say i was in my element and she knew it lol

I think I look at the women, because of how they look and I know that I can never be with them so I want to BE them. I want to have their hair, clothing, body, the whole nine yards. I think I am probably objectifying women, but I am putting them on a pedastal.

I think it is called greater appreciation.
As a guy you can appreciate the package. As an XD you can appreciate how the package is put together.
What a wonderful combination of talents :).
