It all began actually yesterday. I came home last night just not feeling well and kinda achy. My nose was stuffed and just felt overall terrible. I took some Sudafed and rested. In no time I was asleep, but kept getting up every few hours.
I woke up this moring feel much like I did last night, but I took a shower and shaved anyway. I decided to stay home and had the bright idea today could be an "amy day"
I checked with my wife to find out her schedule, I don't want any unplanned surprises, and she said she had conference today and would probably be home by 2 or 3. Not the best she's usually home by 5, but certaintly do-able.
To save time I actually went into the bathroom and started doing my face while she finished breakfast and got ready to leave. She had no clue what I was doing. I finished up and she had left by then so I quickly got dressed. Originally was going to wear a skirt and hose and top, but decided against it and went with a cute pait of jeans and a belt with the top.
Just as I was finishing the phone rings, it's my wife telling me she forgot to put a bill in the mailbox and could I do it. Of course, I said sure. I realized I probably won't be undressed until the mailman comes and if I don't do it she'll pretty annoyed at me, so what's a girl to do?
I went down stairs and decided to put on my wife's coat to help with the illusion, it fits fairly well since we are close in size. I opended the door and relaized it was pouring. No way was this girl going out in the rain and ruining her look and make up LOL So I waited about a half hour and the rain stopped.
Again I put on the coat and went to the door. Opened it and it looked safe, so out I went. I live on a court with houses on both sides of me. I could see who was in front of me and to the left, but no clue is a neighbor was out to the left of my house.
The mailbox is about 25' from the door. So out I went holding the jacket closed and keeping my head down. Reached the box, looked up pulled it open and in went the bill, up went the flag. I hurried back in, took off the coat and revelled in my smile ear to ear. Amy went out and in the day!
Been out a few times at night to walk the dog, but first time during the day. I am not sure if this qualifes for this section.
