Hi all. This morning I was shaving and looked at myself in the mirror. I am standing there wearing black bra panties and pantyhose. I thought to myself, I am a supervisor what would the reaction be from the people I direct to do their work. Any others in a supervisor role and under dress at work.Have you thought about the workers reaction towards you if they found out. Bobbie Anne

I do supervise others and I used to wonder but over the years I think some suspected. Now I don't really care. As long as I am doing my job and show them the respect they deserve I don't anyone will confront me with it.

bus drivers are like truck drivers, many are big and mean, even many of the gf one's i've known.
i train new drivers and never advise them on what havok slinging luggage wreaks on nails, so keep 'em short - good for guitar playing, too.
nope, we keep it nice and business like and macho.
they don't need to know about the lovely pink silkiness underlying my sartorial get up or what effective back support a corset lends!
makes me a better bag schlepper, what should they care?

Well, I know they probably knew, especially when I worked in the technical supervisory position for a while. I used to underdress with the "works" and also wear subdued makeup. Some of the guys used to pat me on the back, so I don't see how they could miss feeling the bra straps and the women had to notice the makeup as women don't miss anything. This was at the time I felt the need for re-enforcement but I've since gone beyond that need, not to mention I'm retired so pretty much wear what I want, when I want. I did find it somewhat strange however that no one ever confronted me on it.:)

I work at a large company as a Building Maintenance Coordinator and to do under dress and I have just started to were colored nail Polish to work 3 people know that I am CD and are OK with it I went out dressed the other night with 2 of the girls (GG's) it was first time out all dun up it went well. but as for the other co-workers who look to me for my advise on some large and expensive project the are going to ask more and more question's about how come your nails are painted I have talked to the hum-men relations manager who has said it is probably best to say that you like to paint your nails instead of making us story's That way they wont keep asking about it and then if you decide to take it further then its just a progression from that. will see day by day one step at a time

I,m pretty sure some of the guys where I slave have an idea I cd .
But in all honesty I can,t be bothered .
I suppose I do give it away , long nails , plucked eyebrows , shaven arms , legs ( see me getting changed into overalls ) but I,m still only me .
If they dont like it , become nasty or pass "remarks " then theres only one question I can ask them , or anyone in fact . That question is , " Do you like sex and travel " ?

It goes beyond being a supervisor. I am a Truck Driver and I have done all kinds of Man type of work and I wear dresses and girls clothing. People would be surprised to know that there are people from all walks of life CDing. I personally know Laywers, Doctors, Truck Drivers, Mechanics, ect, ect. No one can be excused from CDing. Look at actors and actresses, the best ones have all had parts in plays or movies where thay have CDed. I know that is not the same as we do it to please ourselves, but who is to say that they do not CD or did not enjoy it.
