Fist of all I like who I am I would not change! But I do wonder what would happen if I did take hormones? Like how big will my breasts get? Will I still like women? How would it affect my Cerebral Palsy?

Umm, what?

He didn't give any indication of being diabetes, so I doubt it's relevant, but I'm pretty sure metformin is not a female hormone. Breast growth is not listed as a known possible side-effect of that drug. It's also fairly safe for pregnant women to take, and female hormones like estrogen and progesterone are not considered safe for pregnant women.

The exact effects of female hormones depends on a lot of things such as the following:

1. How old you are when you start taking them (the younger the better--right before puberty is ideal).

2. Genetics. How big are your mother's and sisters' breasts? Unlikely yours would ever be bigger.

3. How long you take the hormones. What dosage you take. Which hormones you're taking.

4. What is your diet while you take them? Breast tissue is mostly fat. To build large breasts you need surplus calories, including protein and fat.

5. Other factors including general health and luck.

Would you still be physically attracted to women? In addition to the factors above, you'd have to understand why you're attracted to women, and whether you're at all attracted to men. If you're at all bi-curious, that would be a factor. So would inhibitions. It's really impossible to predict what your sexual preference will be after you've been on hormones for a few years.

Many people taking female hormones report they lose interest in sex for a while. Later a sex drive returns, but it is often quite different. Even if they still prefer women, they may find they enjoy doing different things with them.

There are often changes in general aggressiveness and drive, mood swings, depression, changes in weight, and changes in general health.

Hormones are clearly nothing to be fooled around with.

Hope this helps.
