hi everyone
has anyone ever been hit on while shopping? i was in kmart dressed as danielle the other day in a nice white silk blouse and red skirt with white hose on and a gentleman started to follow me around and finally came over and asked if i would like to go on a date with him. i at first didn't know to say but the word no came out.then on my way out to the car another guy sitting on the bench outside complimented me.

back in the town i used to live, i would go for walks at night. of course, my sense of style is a bit ****ish and i had a guy in Not while shopping but a car was following me around until i walked on a side street where he then asked me if i wanted to go for a ride and back to his place for a drink. kinda scared me at first, but it was kinda great feeling as well, strange huh? lol. I mean, isnt it normal for a girl to walk late at night wearing a tight tshirt with hot pink fishnet shirt under that, hot pink mini skirt with pink/black stripped thigh highs with vinyl knee high boots? hmmm, guess not lol. Other then this time I was made comments too, all I can say is thanks to the night time cause I wouldnt have passed as well in daytime.

It can be scary but its also a nice feeling isnt it when you are hit on like that isnt it? To me, it would say your hard work in creating the female look paid off for you :hugs:

Yes, I have been hit on. A few time at Meijer and about three times at Livonia Mall. One gentleman sat next to me on a bench at the mall and as we were talking, he placed his hand on my leg and proceeded to rub:eek: Let's just say that's all I can say about that on a public post.:D

Danielle,
I think that is pretty common. I have been hit on by Males, FTM's and a GG.
Its unsettling and flattering at the same time. :heehee: Once you learn how to deal with it, you can basically tell them no or yes depending on the situation and take it from there...
As for me, I just tell them I'm spoken for, and if they want to chat thats fine, but thats as far as I ever intend to go..

Strangely, I have not been hit on and I've been out to a lot of different places (i.e. malls, grocery stores, restaurants, movies, GBLT friendly clubs) dressed nicely in trendy and classy outfits and dresses.
Although, I have been honked at a few time while driving around. I guess it's sort of being hit on, but not actually interacting in a conversation.

Hugs!

It's all part of the package, I guess. Think you would have been hit on if you were dressed like a frazzled soccer mom? I note that you called him 'a gentleman'. So the experience was pleasant, wasn't it?

I'd be pleased with a compliment from a gentleman, too. From a drunken lout in a car? Not so much!

Good for you, hun!

respect & love ( for unexpected, pleasant experiences)

The first time I got brave and went out as Syndi, I went to the carnival. All I did was pull my hair back in a tail and had a cap, sunglasses, a little lipstick,a striped polo shirt, some ladies western jeans.Any way itwas shoulder to shoulder crowded and some drunk older man grabbed my behind.

Yep, I have. I was out dancing at a club in Hamilton and I had a guy come up to me at my table and asked if he could buy me a drink. Then he was very bold and asked me to accompany me to his hotel room. He was in town visiting. I told him no thanks but he kept asking me finally I told him look I said no and besides I'm actually a guy. He said no your not your to pretty and I said yes I am a guy. Finally he gave up and moved on.

A few years ago I was stopped by the local police who thought a new hooker was working the neighbourhood. After a short conversation he said"be careful" and went on his way.:battingeyelashes:

:heehee: i had something similar happen to me in the town i lived in prior to having to move back with my parents. ah yes, the face expressions are priceless when they confront you and you explain what it is you are doing

I haven't been hit on enfemme, but gays have hit on me in drab. Why do they always think I'm gay?

I don't want to harsh any one's buzz, but all of this makes me remember the various posts here about safety when out and about.

Please be careful everyone. Men can not only be pigs, they can be very dangerous as well, especially when they are looking for or feel that they are entitled to sex.

The only place I have actually been while dressed is a couple of gay bars. That needless to say a pretty good time. While there I was picked on a couple times. Needless to say I have accepted most of them. I am single and looking so why not. I really do enjoy meeting different guys and getting to know them. Plus the whole rubbing of the legs and stuff is rather exciting. I really enjoy it though when they have been talking with you for a while and figure they can rub your hinny. Then the look they give you to see if it was okay or what. It is fun.

I've been hit on, not at the shops but when I was in a casino.

I'd only had just started to go out in public and so didn't really want any attention at that time. But looking back I find it funny thinking of the hard time he had trying to strike up a conversation - as I wasn't comfortable with the femmy voice back then...

I have been hit on many times, all of them was GG's, I really enjoy it when females hit on me, I have never been hit on by a man and dont want to be hit on by a man. I have been approached by a man once who said to me I am not trying to hit on you but I want to tell you that you have the most beautiful legs, I thanked him for the compliment, we talked for a moment, then he left, I am glad he was not trying to hit on me, but I enjoyed his compliment.

There are many males out there that will hit on you and are going to hit on you if you really look like a GG. There are many males that will know you are male dressed up and hit on you. I have only been hit on once when I was dressed and that was many years ago at a halloween party at a bar. I have not been dressed out for many years so, I have not been hit on recently. I am not into males though.
