ah ok, yeah i had to call them as i got the letter, and they set the appointment up over the phone :D

i dont know, my letter 'specifically' said to call them to arrange an appointment, you could try...nothing ventured, nothing gained eh?

Thanx so much peeps for you continued kind words and support :hugs: it means so much to me right now :o Sorry if I've been quiet its just how I am right now inward and confused about so many things and still awaiting the stupid appointment. Meantime I have come out and tried to explain things to a few more of my friends who I can trust with the information. I even went to the male toilets with one member of staff I knew I could trust at a function. He was cool about it.
