The Grand Corset Ball 2005
It was a very pleasant evening held in central London.
There were, I'd say about about 120 people present, mainly couples
and a few small groups of women.
There was a short fashion show I think run by FairyGothMother, a lady
who did a burlesque routine (you can see her pictures on the site), a
dinner and dancing afterwards, although few danced. Most socialsied,
and it was a really pleasant group of people.
The organisers admitted it was there first attempt at such an event,
but it worked, albeit the charity raffle went on a wee bit too long!
They also said there could have been more there but they had a lot of
interest too late to arrange the catering. They are looking to plan
one for 2006 so I'd book early once details are available.
They have rearranged the pics in the past few days as well. There are
now more pictures of the guests.
