Hi Girls

My wife was not home last night and i got the courage to go out dressed for the first time. I put on a nice dress and make up. I walked to my car and when for a drive down town. I felt funny at first. But as the time when on I felt better about myself. Now to get the courage to walk around town.

i'm very close to even smaller baby steps myself; have to wait until the ever so curious nine-year-old is having a sleepover or i'll get so busted!
sincerely, i'm very happy for you.
please, get some pix next time?
and share them!
i will, too.
all my best,
jessi

Congrads....It is a little scary the first time, but as you have learned, it does get better. Also going out is addictive. You will find your self going out more and more and waiting with bated breath on the next time you can get dressed and go out.

Way to go girl. Each time out the sun gets warmer. You may NOT want to go back in again. :hugs:

Going thru a drive thru is a big step. If you want a reall step, stop at a convience store, go in and buy a bottle of water. It is a great feeling knowing you can go out fully dressed and being respected as to the person your presenting.

That surely was a huge second step... in my book bigger than the first. Plese do make sure that yo are not going anywhere near the places that yor wife might be, in the car I mean.
