Things to do in Jacksonville?

I will be in Jacksonville FL for a week or two on business. Does anyone know of TG friendly places I could go, things to do? Things such as makeover/transformation, bars & night clubs, places to shop, resturants, etc.
I will be going in a few weeks, early to mid April. Are there TG frindly beaches? Would the weather be warm enough for evening strolls on the beach?
