Not yet but lucky I guess. Don't wear the spiked heels so probably will not have it happen to me.

Far too many times over the years. Sidewalks, grates etc are not made for stiletto heels and too many dates don't consider the surface a lady has to walk on.....Why are weddings always held on lawns? LOL

Inbetween the boards on my deck...aggravating!!! Once I had to put a new tip on because I ruined the old one getting it out.

Happened once, on the second time I was out dressed and passing, or at least trying to pass. Heel stuck in a pavement crack and I walked right out of my shoe. So there I am standing at a busy city corner with one nyloned foot in the air and standing on one 3" heel. And I laughed. It was a real "this only happens to women" sort of moment, and I enjoyed it.

My first night out. Crossing the street in san fransisco, and forgot about the trolley tracks. Luckily I was going slow and didnt fall.

I must be one of the lucky ones. It's never happened to my yet and I wear heels every day.

Oh my yes, lots of times over the years. My first obstacle is my deck, which I have been able learn to negotiate. Sidewalk cracks, grates and such are not made for heels, but I have learned over the years to get around them too. One hint, keep extra heel tips around, just in case.

Broke one of the heat regiosters in one of my homes, which fo some reason is on the floor, justto the left of the kitchen sink. Stepped and went through one of the bars in the grate and broke the turning mechanism. I'm more careful where I put my feet now ;)

I broke a heel 5" while crossing a street going to a club. Luckily I had another pair of heels in my car, but only 4".

No, not stuck but I have nearly fallen down the stairs in some heels before.. and that curbed my wearing of heels.. not at all.. I just threw away those shoes... that's all...

At my future mother and father inlaw's house in the heat register.I did get them out and put a scratch in the heel part.My future mother in law polished them out and the scratches were gone.
