When you are out dressed, and get the call of nature. What bathroom do you use Womens or Mens?

You use the womens could be spotted and even arrested (?) using the mens you are more or less saying hi guys I am a cd!

therefore when I am out I can only have one drink.

i think it's fair to use the ladies room. If anyone makes a fuss, you can point out that using the mens room could easily get you attacked and land you in hospital. Besides, if they say you're in there to be a peeping tom or something, just tell them you're gay and aren't interested anyhow (even if you're not :P)

A lot depends on the laws where you live/play.

A lot of places don't have particular laws in this regard, but you never know unless you check.

I would scout out the bathrooms marked for family or unisex. Also, some service (gas) stations will have a locked bathroom, and all you have to do is ask for the key, and take what they give you. As long as it locks, then you'll be safe and can't be charged with peeping.

If you must use the women's, go in, do your business, and get out quickly.

I've never really understood the whole "family" bathroom idea. Maybe they made them for us and just didn't want to label it as such? :)

That is my biggest problem! You are entitled to some privacy, dear!

The idea of its intended use was for women to take their sons into, or men to take their daughters into, when the kids are to young to go into restrooms by themselves and too old to go into a restroom opposite their birth gender.

Brilliant. Place the onus of choosing on them, stay safe and private, and who gives a flying crap what the late night gas station attendant thinks anyway? I'd pick one ahead of time and plan on it for "I gotta go" time.

Great idea Donna.

Depending on the urgency, whichever is closer. :-D
Just kidding.

Well, If I'm dressed as female, the women's bathroom and if I'm dressed as male, then the men's bathroom.
My dorm happens to have genderless bathrooms on each floor, though I rarely use them since the male bathroom is alot closer.

Most of the time when I'm a guy in the men's rest room, guys take a step into the room, see me washing my hands and check to see if they're in the right place. The long hair, shaped eyebrows, and androgynous clothing cause them to question their habits. It's so much fun to watch.

I always use the ladies room when I'm dressed, and I go in with confidence and leave as soon as I'm done. I check my make-up outside. Going into a mens room in a dress is a good way to get a broken nose. Try to go when nobdy else is in there, you'll have less worry that way.

Or if attacked the attack might wind up in the hospital. I hope everyone here knows a bit of sefl-defense.

I read some advice on another website and it stuck with me. Use the women's restroom immediately upon arrival to an establishment so you're done before being made.

If available I always use the disabled toilet as they are usually spacious, unisex and SOLO!

If desparate I will use the ladies in a quick in and out fashion. I suppose it's good idea to limit the drinks as well, that way the problem does not present quite as often!
