Part 1:
...so this afternoon my wife comes up to me holding out a pair of my jeans, asking:
She: Are these clean or will they need to go into the laundry?
Me: No, they're clean. Give me them and I'll put them away.
She: I can do it... I know your drawers better than you know mine!
Me: Oh really?
She: (Smiling) At least I hope so...
Part 2:
...so then later on, after doing some major spring cleaning, she asks me:
She: ...so should I just give away all of my old jeans to the Salvation Army or maybe put them up on Craigs List? Although they're men's jeans anyway, they're too small for you and I know I'll never fit into them again
Me: Nah, skip the hassle of Craig's List and just donate them.. easier that way.
She: Yeah, ok
Me: Y'know,... that would be really doubly-kinky,... Me trying to wear your men's jeans!
She: Uh,... yeah
LOL
I do enjoy the digs she throws. They help make light of what, in many cases, may come across as difficult/uncomfortable exchanges.
