Hello all.

To the point. Ive done searches on here as well as several search engines. But, is the first person i contact my doctor, or a psychologist? Do i need to locate some sort of specialist, or what?

Im TS and positive that i do not want to live as a man anymore (ive actually been positive of this for over 20 years, life is short!) and dont want to drift through another 20 in unrest.

Perhaps you could say where you are?

I'm not sure about anywhere else, but in Englang you're first stop should be the gp (if you're going nhs)

You actually don't need to see a general practitioner at all, although I did. A qualified gender therapist and a letter from them is all you need to see an endocrinologist who will be the one performing or ordering the appropriate tests and, ultimately, prescribing the medications.
