You really need to go to a professional, and have deep pockets too.

I am currently doing laser on the back/shoulders/chest/abs/face and it is slowly working. It's not as fast as I'd hoped as I may have some "lighter" hairs (OK, OK, gray hairs, sheesh) that won't fry. Maybe electrolosys on those?
As for home, I'm sure laser is out. I know somebody who just bought a home electrolosys kit. I'll see how it turns out for them. I may get one to slowly take care of certain areas, and I'll certainly post of my results.

What about this:

it's a needle-less electrolysis system where it uses gel to conduct (so it doesn't have to go under the skin).. the way electrolysis works is by conducting with the salty liquid underneath the skin, so the gel just makes it conduct from the outside, then the tweezers pull it out painlessly?

I tried one of these types which cost me about $100. It did absolutely nothing. Don't waste your money here. I have a feeling the only way to go is professional.
