I was wondering, is anyone here part of an all male fraternity or group? If so, does anyone in the organization know that you are a cd? Would you ever tell anyone in your organization. Just wondering.....

I was in a fraternity in high school but not in college. I always wanted to be hazed in my high school fraternity and be told to dress up as a girl when pledging but it never happemed.

Personally, I don't see what would be gained by doing so.

I am a member of The Knights of Columbus, but have not paid my dues in a long time, and do not attend The Catholic Church anymore, due mainly to my TG issues. No one there knows "the real me".

I was a member in college. It was actually my first time out in public dressed because they picked me to be "Vanna White" in a skit. Some thought I went a little overboard getting the "look" but no other problems.

I can assure you if my brothers found out it would not bode well for me. Though, I know from other boards such as this, I am not the only one of my Fraternal Order that is a CD.

I would have done much better with that 21 year old body and my experience now!

Why would I want to join an all-male fraternity? I only pal around with girls, genetic or otherwise.

I do belong to a fraternal lodge, but would never tell anyone about this part of my life.

I don't see much sense in this post but to to answer the questions asked, no, no, and no.

I was in a fraternity 23 years ago when I was in college. I would have been ridiculed if I outed myself. I'm sure there were some guys I could have remained cordial with, but I'm sure I wouldn't have survived as an active member.

That said, we had a mixer with a sorority one year, where they called it a 'wedding party'. The theme was to swap genders. I got sooooo excited at this one, and followed the lead of one of my brothers who arranged for us to borrow clothes from some of the sorority girls. They actually dressed us. I was in heaven. I even went so far as to pull out a bra from my collection, telling my brothers that it was left over from a previous sexual encounter with a random female (not true!). I even tucked! Downer was that only 6 of my brothers actually dressed - but I had an excuse to run around campus undetected!
