Where to shop in Georgetown area of DC?

I'll be in Washington DC for a business meeting next week, staying in the Georgetown area. I won't have a car, so I'll need to stay in that part of town.

Are there any good places to shop in "boy clothes" for ladies things? How about breastforms or a wig? Are there any places you know of that would be willing to let me try clothing on?
