I have always been able to pull a passable feminine voice. It's kind of fun when ordering food at drive-thrus and seeing the rep see it was actually a guy. Anyways, as I get older, I feel like my voice is getting deeper and deeper without my consent. How do I make it stop??? :Angry3:

I saw this video on youtube before explaining how to change your voice. You have to raise your voice to a really high falsetto and then bring it down bit by bit. It was interesting. Try searchng there in the "how to and Style" section

Ahhh. The ravages of time... First the voice then the breasts sag then wrinkles set in... Sigh.... Since there is no medical solution for feminizing your voice... I'm afraid your out of luck... You either have it or you don't.. But on the other hand...... There's some pretty sexy deep voiced females out there!!

I've watched a number of CandiFLA' s videos and they are very helpful.
I want to point out that your vocal cords tend to "sag" as Karren put
as you get older. As an amatuer singer in high school and at church I
had a pretty good range but it has definitely gotten lower as I have aged.
However, if you work your vocal cords, especially using the falsetto
that candi talks about, you should at least be able to slow it down.
