I was watching my favorite MLB team play a home game last night on television. About halfway through the game, I started to ponder, then wonder, then really think about attending a game enfemmed this summer!

I couldn't get the thought out of my mind! What to wear? Capri's or shorts? Wear a tank top, polo, or off the sleeve T? Maybe I'd go out and shop for a pink shirt with the team logo on it?

Might I be that brazen or autacious to pull it off? Of course, the topper would be to have either a "date" or an escort.

Have any of you, or any of you thought about attending a sporting event enfemmed? Lordie! I am about ready to buy tickets and go!

I've done it. I really liked it. I wore knee length shorts & a polo. I went alone, but wish I could have gone with someone.

Try it if you are comfortable going out.

Good luck!

the next time I go to either Yankee or Shea Stadiums. There has to be, especially in NY. Never thought to look for a fellow CD. Then again, maybe I should do it myself!!

I went to a hockey game with my dad one (I was in boy mode) and saw a CD and his GF walking in ahead of us... The GF was cute, the CD was tall and leggy with a very short skirt.. My dad mad some comment about her occupation, but never realized she was a he! LOL! I kept that to myself and still giggle when I think about it.

But I don't think I'D go to a hockey game en femme... She had more balls that I would! Kuddos to her!

I'd be careful with the sports-related stuff. It was stupid of me but a while back I went to a bowling alley in my neighborhood with friends (I got that much right at least:heehee:) and clearly was'nt welcome there as Shayna.

If you do decide to try, go with someone if you can.

We have a very nice minor league ball park and team here, and I'd love to attend a game en-femme. But I've only ever been out once before, and I'd have a hard time pulling off a ball game.

But if that's your fancy, go for it! :D

I have never considered doing this. I would be concerned for my safety in such a large crowd. If a bunch of drunken trouble makers read you then things could get ugly. If you are truly 100% passable and are with a friend then it would be different. As for myself I'll be content with the malls and grocery stores.

I am planning doing a cricket match with my best friend Tina. Will be fun!

I'd be uncomfortable at a large venue trying the cd thing especially at a sporting event.

I however heard stories where mlb players have crossdressed as part of the initiation process.

Depending on the city, baseball games tend not to have the ultra-heavy drinking crouds typically seen at an NFL game.

If I were to go to a baseball game dressed -- I wouldn't. I am an ugly male and an even uglier female -- I would probably go to a day game where the home team is playing against a really bad opponent. That way, there will probably be less attendees overall.

You should be in good company as a lot of MLB players like to dress up.

I have actually been to football (soccer) games underdressed and wearing femme jeans, all I need to do is sort out shoes and a top. Would not go in skirt or dress though, when you go as often as I do you start recognising and getting to know other regulars fairly quickly and there's no way I'd pull it off without someone recognising me.

Come on! do it! I like to do this "every day things" when en femme. Going to the mall or a baseball game. In this cases, remember one thing: wear what a woman of your size and age would wear. And enjoy it!

That is definitely on my "to-do" list.
I plan to wear what women typically wear at a sports event.
Something casual as in a nice polo or trendy top paired with capris, shorts, or jeans, maybe a casual skirt.
Then, I'd wear some nice sandals.
I'd touched it all off with a womens cap or a visor.

Hugs!

Yes it is. Just when he thought he was all alone in the clubhouse and free to dress up as Little Red Riding Hood, out come the paparazzi to take his picture. It's tough living in the limelight. You're too easily outed.

Some of the others in the pictures are Chien Ming Wang (Yankees) as a cheerleader, Barry Bonds (Giants), Jon Papelbon (Red Sox) hanging out with some of his girlfriends, and Chase Wright (Yankees) as Glenda the good witch being escorted by tin man Phil Hughes.

Most of them are smiling...so it does show that confidence is key while out in public.

The love of sports is engrained in the male psychie for some of us. To GG's who try to get us off the couch on a Sunday. Even en femme, sports is part of us.

My last time I went out en femme, was memorable in a non dressing way. I had a wonderful makeover, I wore a feminine pink sissy dress, pettycoat, blond wig, white hose and black mary jane pumps. Trying to look very innocent. While waiting before going to the Oxwood, I turn on the TV and watched Vin Scully call a Dodger-Angels game. What was significant was that the Angels pitched a no-hitter but lost the game. Very rare, and nice to hear Vinnie call it. At the Oxwood Alice Novic was there. She was at the game. We T-girls talked baseball. Cool

When I lived in San Francisco I went to two baseball games. Can't even remember who was playing, I am not a big sports fan. I did look the part and had a great time with 4 others and my supporting CD who traded off getting to go out dressed. (Thank you Scott, wherever you are!) He was a hoot.

Of course San Francisco wouldn't be San Francisco without at least a dozen CDs in the crowd.

I echo a few of the others regarding going to a sporting event en femme. These events are awesome, but definitely testosterone-laden. Women enjoy the sports, too, of course. My point is that with all the T flying around, a dude in a frock might get in the middle of a nightmare double quick.

I saw a special show several years ago (forgot the name, but it was one of these silly reality shows in which guys dressed as girls and girls dressed as boys, then let loose in the community with hidden cameras). It was fascinating, actually. For one of the days, the guys dressed as girls and went to a baseball game. Both were hit on by men, which made the guys in dresses very uncomfortable. So they told the ones making advances they were really guys and not interested. Things went wrong from there and they left before fights broke out.

A lot of straight guys do not respond well to being hit on by guys. It can get worse if deception is involved, which is how some see crossdressing (I can see the point, after all - you are, in effect, wearing a disguise).

The other thing is I act decidely guy-like at sporting events. I yell and carry on like a madman. I could not be at a sporting event and act girly :)
