Anita, if you need to reduce the picture file size, you can either a)reduce the photo size, or b)reduce the image quality. Any photo editing software can do that, JPEGs are easy because it's all in the compression. Once you squeeze them, though, you can't restore them because the compression is "lossy" (information is lost)
