hey, you know I was thinking about this today! I saw a few absolutely gorgeous females... and I thought how nice it would be to have such a body! (hourglass shape... instead of ...well, I don't know how to describe it...) And they got to walk around in skirts and dresses!!!!!!!!!!!!

But to be them? Or anyone else? probably not....

As far as being famous? What kind of life is that? I like to have my private moments...

So, I'll keep having fun trying to look as much like a girl as I can, because I don't think those body swap stories are real!

Hhmmm, this is a tough one. There are so many! For starters, how about Michelle Phiefer! Nicole Kidman, Gwenyth Paltrow, Cameron Diaz,Kate Hudson, Kathryn Heigal. Not to forget a couple of real faves, Catherine Zeta Jones, and of course the venerable Brooke Shields. Ofcourse a real dream would be for them wanting to be me! Well, I can dream can't I? After all, isn't that what all of us are doing with this little charade of ours?!?!? But it is so wonderful.

I can't pick just one. I like the glamour girls of the forties (the best period for womens fashion IMHO), and the pin up girls of the fifties. The sixties and seventies seem a bit dry but the vixens of the eighties (my second favorite period of womens fashion. The ninties and current seem to be a happy mix of the good three. I would have to say whoever has the largest shoe collection.

I've got to put a little spin on this question and do it from a historical perspective ... from back when I was a teen. And the answer would be a teenaged Jodie Foster.

She was such a tomboy, and that's what I'd have loved to have been. I could have dressed all girly-girl, cause I'd have been a girl, but then I could have dressed all tomboy, if not totally as a boy, and the thrill would be that since I'd be a girl, I'd be crossdressing as a boy.

Plus -- as a tomboy, I'd get to experience all the things that as a boy I didn't, and by that I mean typical boy things

Oh -- and when I grow up, I'd still like girls :)

For me the eyes have it. There's just something about a beautiful womans eyes that for me tops the cake. One of my all time favorite, dream to be like, females is Milla Jovovich. She has the most haunting eyes.

If I could be any woman, irrespective of how far she is from what I actually look like?

Without doubt, it would be Gloria Graham as she protrayed Violet Bick in "It's A Wonderful Life" in 1947.

She is just the very essence of "girlie"! See last 40 seconds of this clip:

The above mentioned are some of my favorite women, as far as women that I idolized or would like to emulate:

My fiancee - She's the kind of person that, when you're at a party, people come to like moths to a flame.

Sharon Stone - I thought she was okay in her younger years, but she's so stylish and looks better every day. She has also made comments to the effect that guys showing their feminine side is attractive.

My babysitter when I was a kid - She introduced me to Cheech And Chong, AC/DC and Atari. She was a complete tomboy, and she made me laugh.

This may sound cliche', but Wonder Woman. Yes, she was beautiful, but it never occurred to me that she was a "female superhero", she was just a superhero.

Any good comedienne, but there's something about Jewish comediennes that I'm drawn to: Jan Karem, Judy Gold, Cathy Ladman, Madeline Kahn, Gilda Radner, Wendy Leibman, they crack me up.

Oh dear, this is going to date me but the first woman I wanted to be was Sandie Shaw. She had her first big hits in the early 1960s, just about the time I first discovered my female side.

I loved her clothes and the way she wore she wore her hair. It was wonderful having such an attractive woman to aspire to be.

These days I prefer to be my own woman. But I still have special affection for Sandie :)

Good question that's always fun to think about.

Today: Jessica Alba (always a top pick for me)

Scarlet Johanssen (sp?), minus the ciggies.

A strong, sexy athletic type like olympians, past and present: Hope Solo, Diana Lopez, Christina Jones, Serena Williams, Lauren Jackson, Blanca Vlasic, Liu Xian. . .

Carroll
08-08-2008, 05:24 AM
Famous person would be Jessica Alba, but to be totally honest the person I would have to have been is not famous or know by anyone here. That person would be my late sister. She was very pretty and so full of life, much like me, and I miss her. she never let her medical condition slow her down, which might have been her downfall. I never got the chance to tell her about Carroll, but she would have embraced me and would have loved to do my hair and make-up. She past Feb 08, 2003 due to dilated cardiomyopathy (http://www.americanheart.org/presenter.jhtml?identifier=4468)

I was very taken with Sandie Shaw when I was 7 or 8 years old. I don't know if I wanted to be her or not but I wanted a hairstyle that looked like hers and I wanted a minidress like the kind she always seemed to wear. I also wanted both ears peirced and tons of makeup. I remember her first big records were "Always Something There To Remind Me" and "Girl Don't Come". that was in 1964.

If I could be any female out there......

Christina Applegate--goes back to "Married with Children" when she'd wear all those sexy outfits, many of them with pantyhose. :D

Anita Hart--I remember looking at her pics in Frederick's of Hollywood catalogs. She was (and still is) smokin' hot!!

Elvira, Mistress of the Dark--Black, witchy gowns, sheer black pantyhose, and black leather 5" heels--need I say more?

Okay -- so after I weirded everyone out with my first pic of my historical choice of a teenage tomboy Jodie Foster (please see: http://www.crossdressers.com/forums/showpost.php?p=1388126&postcount=15), I'll move on to something a little more current and quite hot. Ooooh for just a day, to look like Ruslana Lyzhychko, a young woman who brought fame to the nation of the Ukraine by winning the Eurovision Song Contest in 2004 with the song Wild Dances. Just have a look at:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4x7CatMaINE

and look below then tell me if you wouldn't want to look like her!

Plus the song speaks to me on a deep subliminal level that just makes my Eastern European heart start racing!

Helen Hunt would be my favorite pick to be, next would be Sandra Bullock, Olivia de Havilland (Gone with the Wind, Snake pit), Jody Foster and Nicole Kidman.

I almost forgot, Margaret Hamilton (The Wicked Witch of the West in Wizard of OZ). I saw a documentary about her and I thought she was so neat. I thought she was quite nice looking before the makeup was applied, as the witch. She was so funny when she was asked to play in "OZ" because she thought they were asking her to play one of the other leading parts, but her reaction to being asked to play the Wicked Witch was like a balloon burst as she described, laughing. She had a lot of good humor.

Sarah Bernhardt who has been called "the most famous actress in the history of the world." (She died in 1923, so you may not have heard of her.) I apologize for the lousy quality of this picture, but it's the only one I could find. It is a scan from a daguerreotype. It should be brown and white not black and white. I cleaned it up a bit, so now at least it's presentable.

To create this portrait, she had to sit perfectly still for two hours! She was such a classy woman she could make a pile of sack cloth look like high fashion. By all accounts she was a kind and gentle person. What a lady!

I would love to have Rachael Ray's figure and face. She is just so damn cute.
I would rather be cute than a stunning beauty.

I have had many female inspirations in my life but roight now I would love to be able to look like Zooey Deschanel. I love her eye's and petite figure. The figure I could never achive, but the eye's, contacts would work.
