It depends entirely on what you are asking. If you are asking how to tell the world that you are a CD, then the options are wide open.

If what you mean is that you are ready to tell a select group or just one person, you are the only one that can determine how you will do it and if you should do it. If you are doing it just as a thrill factor for your own goood, then it probably isn't a really good idea, wait for the pick fog to clear and go on with life.

If on the other hand you have an intense need to tell someone, then read the multitude of posts here that lay out how members told their "fill in the blank" and what the results were.

If the need to "Come out" is internal, then go to a professional and get advice and learn why you think you need to do this. Understand the doors you open and those that will close for you before you blurt it out.

Sorry if I sound cold and indifferent, but we all need to set our own time and place to tell others and for the right reasons. I fully understand that you have been dealing with this for some time, but a bit more time may be appropriate.
