I generally use the same name or offshoot of a certain name for everything I do, e-mail, instant messengers, forums, but when deciding on a name for this community I figured the meaning would be completely lost, or just far too obscure to be understood, and I didn't want to be known as the guy with the weird Japanese name that noone can pronounce.

I borrowed the name Ibuki, which shares similar origins as my common name, but is the name of a female ninja. I chose a ninja to compliment the fact I prefer to stay hidden from those around me, at least on this matter.

The last name "Warpetal" I just made up on the spot, for personality. I like the idea of conjuring an image of a flower petal being implemented in battle.

Deciding on a name for my feminine self was as difficult as naming our Son!
