Ok who has dreams about crossdressing? I often do and they always consist of one of two things. One, that I am in a room with people and my clothes are scattered everywhere and I am desperately trying to hide them before they see them and there are always so many that I can't seem to hide them all. Or two, I am in drag around people and am desperately trying hide or get out of there before people discover what I am wearing. Last night I dreamt that I was at school in drag, not dressed very fashionable either, and I was trying to get out of there so I could go home without being discovered. But the problem was I couldn't leave without my back pack and I couldn't seem to locate it anywhere while everyone was staring at me. Anyone else have these types of dreams? Is it just me?

Hi Jill,

Well I've got to tell you that it was from dreams just like you described that probably was a factor in getting involved in crossdressing. I often had dreams where I was with family or friends in a dress or high heels and I was embarassed. Also I recall wearing a bra and keeping my arms folded so no one could see my bust. Funny though in those dreams no one ever seemed to say or do anything about it. Over the years those types of dreams have faded, maybe because I am comfortable dressing that way now.

Jill:

Over the years of my crossdressing, I've had many of those sometimes enjoyable and sometimes devastatingly scary dreams. When they're pleasant, I'm alone and fully dressed in my best lingerie--no knows. Then, something happens and I'm frantically trying to hid the other clothes I have strewn about the room...I'm scrambling but not being successful to gather my femmwear. I awake with my heart pounding and just relieved that it was another dream.

I sometimes wonder if I talk or say anything that my wife hears regarding my crossdressing. She hasn't mentioned it yet...

I had a strange dream last night or just before I woke up and who was in it?? She is a member of this group, the first letter of her name starts with "D" Anyways it had to do with some kinda magnetic electric ring that would disappear and appear. We were caught in this vortex-ring and couldn't move, we were dressed, our skirts were blowing up sometimes high, sometimes low, no, we didn't have sex. Why this is I don't know, and it comes to concious thought, like some kinda connection was made some where some how. Dreams anyone...... C

Hi Jill

I have a knack of being able to control my dreams to a degree and funny enough I have found that going to bed wearing a bra often gives me very vivid crossdressing dreams. Which are allways pleasent and quite controllabe.

I think we all have the shameful ones from time to time but they are quick to shrug off in the mornings, but the good ones stay with me all day !!!

Dreams are there for the having and some for the taking !

How can I forget my first wet dream? I was dreaming about getting dressed up as a girl when I woke up with this amazing feeling...I used to feel ashamed of myself when I had these dreams until I learned that my subconscious was trying to tell me somthing important. Even though I've long since turned those dreams into reality, I still have them sometimes. Ask Windy (http://snurl.com/askwindy)

I haven't had CD dreams in a while. I usually have one or two a year. The common thread is I'm dressed, look fantastic (as in like a real female) and I am accepted. When I wake up I'm frustrated as hell and want to go back to my dream.

Hi Jill,

I also dream of being dressed! Sometimes at work, sometimes at school and other places. The dreams seems to center around trying to find something or trying to cover us the fact I'm dressed. One thing that I always remember about the dreams is that my bra shows through my blouse. I know I really like the looks of the back of a gg who's bra shows through.

I'm sure there are sublimital messages in our dreams, but I'm not particularly interested in going to the trouble to find out what thery are. I'll just keep on dressing and dreaming.

Vivian ;)

Hi Jill.
Funny you should mention it, but I was thinking about starting a thread about dreams too. Well, for the most part, I dream about being with very friendly people that are most acceptant to me as who I am. Its only after I've been accepted that I notice that I am in darg. However, I have a few dreams where I am about to go through the door of a party, or a reception, or something like that, where just before I open the door, I realize that these people know me as a male. I turn and hurry away, all the time looking to see if anybody noticed me. Just a few people looked but did not seem to notice. Another one was where I awoke in a home of freinds, or some family, Im not sure, but walked out into the front yard and stopped to take in the air of the morning. As I took in the sights, my skirt came untied and fell down to my ankels. As I reached down to pull up my shirt, I awoke.

I've had a few - someone've been very "uh-oh, someone'll find out" and the fear was overpowerind, and in others it was very "yeah, this is me"/"wow you look great!" et cetera :)

althuogh, usually I dream about someone trying to kill/"get" me, which generally ends up in cool adventures :)

I have had various dreams of crossdressing over the years. One time I got caught by my parents and I was forced to go to school dressed as Jessica. There have been a few times where I borrowed my mom's dress but my mom let me because I was a young women and it is not uncommon for a mother to let her daughter borrow her clothes. That was an interesting one. I've had lots of dreams where I have long hair(not a wig)and feminine features but still look like me. I noticed that alot of my dreams dealt with me as being an actual woman so I guess they wouldn't be crossdressing dreams :p

I have had some dreams also. A couple of them felt so real that when I woke up to the real world it was a big let down. :(

I do have crossdressing dreams once in a while. Normally when it has been a while since I dressed last. May be it is telling me it is about time. Anyway, normally in my dreams I am dressed and in normal world with people around. People do not notice that I am crossdressed. These people sometimes include my family but they don't notice either. I am very conscious about the fact though and am desperately trying to get away from all those people but am unable to do so. And then I wake up.

Any interpretations?

I have dreams like that all the time, most of the time in my dreams i am a real woman and it feels soo good interacting and being perceived as female. other fewere times I have dreams where I am dressed up but always worried about being found out as a man in womens clothes. I always seem to be the most comfortable as a woman or dressed as one in my dreams. :D

Although not often enough, I certainly do dream about cross-dressing. In the dreams, although personally stimulated, there is never any stigma attached to it. There are always other people around but nobody mentions anything regarding the clothes I wear. I always try to go back to the dreams after waking but am always unsuccessful.

I have dreams also. I am wearing some sort of femme attire, and I am aware of it but it seems nobody else seems to say anthing about it. I also try and hide but it is no use. There always seems to be someone I know around me.
I would love to know what they mean.

I have the same dream. Although I feel like hiding, nobody seems to notice me and its the wierdest feeling. Exciting and a little scary at the same time.

Hi Girls

Very good topic ... lots shared with the rest of you re fear of being "caught", trying to hide, noone seems to notice etc

Curious for me is how this will develop from now on since it's only a few weeks ago I "came out to *myself*" ... I was full of guilt for many, many years and fluctuating between denial and resignation to my "sickness"

I feel so "liberated" now ... totally "happy" with *Me*

It's like I just *Won The War* that's been raging *in & around* me since I was a child

The other night I actually dreamed I was with a "connected" and beautiful GG and she was "taking me" as I am & showing me my new life ... very powerful ... very happy

Her plan unfolded very quickly and meant we would be spending the next 2 hours wrapped up in each other with no distractions or interruptions

Then I woke up ... with a *huge* smile on ... and "that ain't all" :-)

I have dream which occurs at least once a week. I am leaving a club fully dressed in drag . While walking down the street a man looks at me and smiles I smile back and flirt a little bit, tease him a little. Then i continue to walk away, now he is following me. I loose him by running into the subway. There is no one in the station, I am alone. I then feel the wind from the approaching train , when I see the man quite a distance away at the other end of the platform. The train comes in and now the man is right next to me he grabs me and throws me in front of the train. I dream this every week sometimes I'm prepared for the attack and I hold on to one of the pillars, but he still manages to win. Sometimes the train sits there and waits for the man to free me from the pillar, then starts up and run me over. The only bright spot of the dream, I get to die dressed as a woman.

Dreaming permits us to be quietly and safely insane every night of our lives

Ok, I had another one last night, but this one was totally different from any other dream that I have ever had. I dreamt that I was in full drag and was walking into church where there were all kinds of people from my life; friends, family, coworkers etc. It was interesting too, I even thought to myself 'oh great another one of these, looks like it's time to hide. Like I said at the beggining of this thread, I usually dream that I am hiding or trying to hide the fact that I am dressed. But this time I was out in the open, afraid of what people would think or say but willing to face whatever they were gonna do. They noticed that I was dressed, unlike other dreams where they don't seem to notice while I am desperately and unsuccessfully trying to hide. Most of the people in the dream accepted it, some did not. Most were not understanding. It was very interesting, especially because it was totally different than any other dream I have had.

I use to get them when I cannot CD for any kind of reason and I feel the urge. Most of my dreams were of comming out to public in different ways or simply wearing attires that I felt urge to. Since I did came out in real (to confuse my own mind) there were no CD dreams as yet. I am wandering what is the next stage. I always follow my dreams, I do them in real, not only CDing. I find this way to be satisfactory to me because I never regretted anything I did in the past. Why should I ?!? - when I have managed to make most of my dreams - reality.

I love dreams they are uninhibited personality. If you feel bad in dream work on yourself. If you find confort in dream this means that you are re-approving your decisions to do something or to be someone. I think self-acceptance is major cause of upsetting dreams.
