Wife had a low day to day,has been doing really great. I left some makeup and a dress out and she called me a selfish bitch, don't think it was a compliment!
So satisically, women live longer in the UK, if and when I transistion will I live longer?

The question you should ask is do post op transexuals live longer---as a group they tend to have more health issues than GGs---primarily due, I think, to the estrogen they take--- but I'm not sure where TSs fall in the longivity stakes.

Sounds to me like she meant it as an insult, & you're taking it as a compliment. That's a good compromise. My wife calls me a "slapper" if I wear a very short skirt, maybe she's jealous of my legs lol. Don't know if you'll have a longer life if you transition, but there's a good chance you'll enjoy it more.

Unfortunately, when it comes to longevity, it's the genetic sex that matters, not the mental one.

/shrug.

Then again, it's STATISTICAL that women live longer -- some women die when they're 12 years old, and some men live until 110. But on AVERAGE, women live longer. If you yourself live longer, it means nothing beyond that you have good genes.
