Went to K-Mart yesterday and bought a Jaclyn Smith outfit,pants and blouse in dark blue with jewels around the neck line,then did more shopping and at the phamacy checked my blood pressure and it had dropped 20 points,maybe next time I'll buy a pair of high heels and see what that does for my blood pressure!:love:

Sounds like a great idea. My only problem is that my Cardiologist is so darn good looking ( correction, she is downright beautiful) that she raises my blood pressure!!

But since she recently helped save my life, I am not going to change doctors!

Well Janet, my Doctor knows everything about me. I hold nothing back from him whatsoever as it could potentially affect my health. He is a professional after all.:)

Maybe that's what is meant by "shop 'til you drop" - lower your blood pressure and relax. LOL

Exactly how I have handled it too. My Doctors all of them know and I came right out and told them, has nothing to do with my medical conditions and as Arianna said, THey are professionals. And they cannot discuss it with anyone else due to their oath.

Whenever I get dressed, my blood pressure and heart rate go UP!:eek:

I know I feel so much more relaxed since I have been dressing more.

Not much excites me or effects my heart rate any more.... Since my BP is 110/65 and my heart rate at rest is 42... Ok... Playing ice hockey does get it going pretty good...

Ice hockey? really? There goes a long cherished image. Good for you. I was never athletic.
