Can stra8 guy wear ankle chains & still be considered stra8?

Please do not say, " wear what you want"...thats not what I am asking........

I want to know if its a gay thing to wear ankle chains.....do you know of any stra8 guys that wear ankle chains in public in summer with shorts?

------->>>>> keep in mind that I am also wearing womens sandals, clear polish on toe nails, shaved legs, short womens shorts, ponytail, diamond stud in each ear............ =)

I haven't personally seen any regular males except for spanish maybe wearing them. But uhm if you're wearing womens sandals, clear polish on toe nails, shaved legs, short womens shorts, ponytail, diamond stud in each ear, I think the anklet is the least of your worries:p

Just returned from a nude resort in Palm Springs, California that welcomes everyone and I wore my ankle braclet, toe ring, bright red painted toenails, belly chain and thumb ring on my totaly shaved body for the entire three days. Besides the above I looked completely straight (ha, ha, ha) and no one gave me any problems. Of course at night the wig, make-up, mini- skirt, 5 inch open toed heels and bird seed holding bra came out as I minced around town!

Wear what you want. Seriously. Even if it's not what you want to hear, it's what I believe.
You're only promoting the image that certain articles of clothing or accessories are sole determinations of gender identity and sexuality if you think that ankle chains are only for homosexuals.
Why discriminate? Why perpetrate that image?

I'd wear it regardless of what people think. :)

I wear girls trainers and flat boots/shoes when I go out as a bloke and I have never had a problem, I only really wear guys shoes when I go to work or help out a DJ friend on a Saturday Night, I have never had a problem so I don't think an ankle chain will be a problem with anyone.

Tristen,
What if I wore a small t-shirt with the front part done up in a knot just below chest level? How about a pair of pumps with 4" heels? How about bright red lipstick? What if I carried a "man bag"?????

I see some guys wearing the leather cord with beads and I'm pretty sure it means they're gay, but then you see boys with coral necklaces too so you really can't tell

I had forgotten the leather cord and bead thing... if the guy is relatively "surfy" and tan and good looking I'd let it slide. But if I saw any ankle jewlery on a guy in any other circumstance - sorry for the self-defeating biggotry - I'd think "he's a crossdresser."

My opinion - maybe it comes from fear... I once tried to pull of a hand beaded indian style one when I worked in a bead store... I got hit on a couple times by guys.
