Today I went to my psychiatrist, In which I explained that I took my self off paxil because it's not working, in fact it's making things worse. So we talked and he ask questions. and come to find out the other psych put me on an anti-depressant when I need a mood controller.
So he went and diagnosis mode and went back to the first review. and he told me I have a mild form of bipolar disorder. so now I am on lithium and I feel good now and I save $8 a month *^_^*.

Lithium is usually the first thing they try for bipolar and it does help for some, just be aware that it will take some time and several blood tests to get your level set, it's not an overnight success drug.

Don't give up Mariah, sometimes it takes several tries to find the drug that works for your brain chemistry. Lithium might be the right drug for you, but if it turns out not to be, there are others that can be prescribed.
