Transition from my skin to breast form.

I always need a full cup bra.

Wow!! Those puppies are big!! Lol. I'd say you suffer the same problem that all large breasted women have... Gravity!! Your choices are glue them on and/or a properly fitting bra which might be a smaller tighter bra that pulls them up higher and closer to your body.. My C's don't have that problem.. :)

Only with tight tops can I go braless.
Otherwise I need sturdy bra.
I like the pull. . . wish they were real.

A bra band size 2 inch smaller than you measure and tighten the shoulder straps, fix/lock them with a couple of stitches so they don't slip. It sort of works for me though its not a 100% solution.

And Prene, don't lean too far forward or you'll topple!:D
