Who dyes their hair a fav femme colour?

I am about to use the home version of bottled hair dye to change my colour again. I am going back to 'white' blonde from my current dark red look.

Before my wife an i (temporarily?) split recently, she used to have long red hair and i was blonde. Then we decided to swap - she cut her hair short and went blonde and i went to a brightish red colour.

Thereafter, many of our relationship problems got worse, so my theory is if we change back to our origional fake hair dye colours, it'll help our reconcilaition!

Anyway, do many of yoy girls dye your natural hair to your fav femme colour/shade?

Also, is your natural hair grown out long or a short manly style?

i'm thinking about growing my out, but i have a bald patch on top, so it may not look right!

I've only used those temporary washout type dyes when I've not worn a wig - it just wouldn't go down well at work.

My hair is medium length so its only good for shortish femme styles.
