How Musch of A Woman Are You Really?

I was just playing around on the i-net and got to wondering (not a safe thing for me to do) as to what the measurements of an average American woman might be. After looking at a couple of web-sites, I found the following:

Average height = 5ft 3.75in (63.8 in)
Average weight = 163 lbs.
Average waist = 34.75 in
Average hips = 43.5 in
Average bust = 41 in
Average shoe size = 8

Then, I placed my measurements alongside

Height = 6ft 1.5in (73.5in)
Weight = 198 lbs.
Waist = 35 in
Hips = 45 in
Bust = 44 in (band size for bra)
Shoe = women's 12

Then, I did the division and percentages on a calculator and concluded that I am 116.4 percent more woman than the average American woman, or would that be that there is 116.4 percent more of me than the average American woman.

So, how much more or less of a woman are you?

I feel like a woman a lot even when dressed drab. I just spent all 3 days of Columbus Day weekend dressed feminine.:daydreaming: It'll suck having to go back to work on tuesday dressed drab. MY retirement is still 5-6 years away :sad: I'm not sure what percentage woman I am, I'll go with 50% at least. My wife keeps telling me it's FUN being a woman, I can say I believe that she is right, I have had some fun dressed en femme.

Dividing all my numbers by the GG numbers, adding them together and dividing by 6, I get that I'm 72.5% of an average GG. It's cause I'm so physically insubstantial, no hips or waist or bust or weight. I'd like to get my weight up to around 140-150 at least so I can be "normal" proportioned, but I'd rather have it push my hips out a little instead of my waist! Maybe I can get some chest muscles and increase my "bust" size a little, lol.

Deborah, I show that you are 96.3% of the average woman or 3.7% less than the average woman.

Crystal, I think you may have miscalculated. I indicate that you are 90.1% of the average woman or 9.9% less than than the average woman.

Good catch, Darlene! I must have hit a couple of wrong buttons in my calculator or something :doh: I ran the numbers again and I did get 90.1%! Makes me feel better, being almost a full GG instead of only not-quite 3/4 of one. :battingeyelashes:

I mean no offense to anyone, but I find the height/weight distressing to say the least. This reminds me of my grandmother, who was shaped like a football (although the measurements here don't describe her). What can we do to help all of us (gender whatever) bring the height to weight ratio down to healthy levels?

Those numbers seemed a bit off to me, so I did some checking & got these:

Average height = 5ft 4in (64 in)
Average weight = 144 lbs.
Average bust = 38 in
Average waist = 31 in
Average hips = 41 in

Average shoe size = 8W-8.5

So that puts me at about 110% over the top, lol

:o Err, I just did a recalculation, i think this is right....I actually weigh 11stone 5ozs, which i translates out as 159lbs [i think]

I had to agree with you about the short chubbiness of the average american woman. It looks like the average American woman is on the brink of being overweight or obese. I think CBS news ran a story on that this week. The statistics I got were from about 4 or 5 web-sites that provide the numbers on women's health and fitness, one of them being our own government's health agency. I simply took the stats, added them up and averaged them up to come up with the numbers I am providing.
