Hello all; today I was thinking of all the things we go thru. All the changes in going from macho to gentle or the other way if you are a FtM. Want I would like to know is how many of you do the things that would be done by your wife or husband when you get off work???
Like tonight, I came home vacuumed the floor & then made soup for supper. I do, do alot of the cooking & I enjoy it, It feels natural. Of coarse so does doing the wash, dishes & the cleaning.
So for the Mto F's do you do the female chores?
& you Fto M's do you do the manly things, take out trash, check the cars over, play with tools, cut the grass??

I think we all understand what I am asking & hope this will be an interesting topic. Thats for reading & I cann't wait to here from you all.

Hugs, Janelle

Funny, I've always enjoyed doing those things :) Just always seemed the thing to do. And as far as cooking, I love that; doing the rest, I find relaxing :o

I do everything. Well, not cooking cause I cant.

I do dishes, laundry, trash, babysitting, change daipers, the lawn.

Ya, know everything. Cause I get pretty bored and working takes my mind off of things.

Kat works and I'm now a housewife, I do all the household chores in between rehabbing our house. I'm usually up at 5, I give Kat breakfast in bed every day, then it's all non-stop for the rest of the day, there's never enough hours.

I do it all, generally en-femme, including taking the trash out...

I think laundry is my least favorite..except when I'm washing my femme stuff :D

I'd just like to point out that most of these household chores are not really gendered activities. There's nothing inherently feminine about cooking a meal or washing dishes, and there is no particular reason why women would get more satisfaction from performing such a chore. I know many a woman that hates housework.

I do 99% of all the cooking do the dishes 50%,vacuum 25% and clean the bath room 75% of the time and yes I enjoy it.

Dear Val, I know none of the "jobs" are male or female. It is what the world claims is,"woman's work" or " men's work". I just wanted to see how many kind of follow what the world expects of a man or a woman. I hope you understand.

Don't remember if I said it either but it all seems like I should have done it my whole life, & doing so makes me feel whole & I know my wife enjoys getting out of some of the work.

Now Karen, sweetie, honey pie, when do I get my breakfast in bed,LOL. Kat is one lucky woman, but then so are you.

Hugs & kisses to everyone,
Janelle

I fix things, sure, but I also love cooking, hate vacuuming, hate laundry, and like mowing the grass.

I cook really well and love it and do female chores and I am a landlady so I have to do "manly" things like maintain rental properties. It's just life I need to make money. I consider myself lucky so I don't have to escort like all my friends.

Well said valerie, the house hold chores dont necessarily have gender affinity, any member of the family can do any type of chore that he/she finds interesting or is assigned to do.

In my own opinion all this gender-household-chore issues are from the traces of our evolutionary traits carried from our great-great ancestors to preserve the species..........no fun intented.........a woman shouldnt go out to empty the trash can cos she might be stolen/taken away by an unknown man cos she is too "weak" to defend herself

..........or may be in areas where going out might be dangerous for women..but what if the woman is a black-belt holder (knows caratte and kung-fu like the lady in the movie kill bill) emptying trash cans will be quite easy for her or what if she is a police officer etc i can go on and on..........but hey if doing those "femme" chores resonate to you as being more femme go ahead and have fun.

I know chores are not male nor female. It is what the world sees them as,mowing the yard-male, cooking-female, that is all I meant.
So now I ask, if you do the chores of your sex, do you enjoy them or are you like the real male & females that hate most of them.
Thanks for reading & repling.

Hugs to all,
Janelle

I am a 24/7 house tranny. I love to cook although cleaning is so so. I dont mind any of it. I also get to work remotely from home so that too is a bonus.

My disadvantage is a spouse with a "dont see, dont tell" denial. She also has a habit of showing up unscheduled.

Anyway, I love the arrangements such as they are but they too could change if she decides to turf me.

My Wife and I both do the chores, Yes I know society USED to think that there was womens work and men work but I think that is changing. But to answer the original question, Yes I do enjoy doing chores and when I can I do enjoy doing then enfem. I like doing anything enfem :heehee:
