So I have begun to date a striaght bio female and she seems perfectly okay with me as a pre-op parans guy. We have discussed some things and she seems pretty okay with things. Any advice or words of wisdom on keeping things working?

In my humble opinion you are lucky hun, make sure you talk about everything, be honest and open and listen to each other so important and if ya don't get things the first time have patience. For me compromise is so important and I don't mean passiveness I mean looking for that middle ground and being able to work together through problems. Trust is paramount and if there is something ya wanna say that ya think ya should ask ya partner first, do that to avoid problems sooner rather than later.
