I was feeling good today and was able to shop in very comfortable and very feminine womens jeans after work today at the nearby shopping mall. I bought myself 2 very pretty dresses at clearance prices.

Later in the evening I went to the grocery store to buy my son some juices and his favorite pizza. As I walked down one of the aisles I came across One a Day Womens vitamins and Maximum strength Estroven. I felt curious about trying them so I bought them both in addition to 2 pairs of No Nonsense pantyhose.

My question is Has anyone here tried womens vitamins and estroven and has it had any effect? I took a womans vitamin and an estroven pill tonight. Should I continue or stop it immediately? I found myself very curious about taking the combination over a month and what effects they may have.

Does anyone have an answer or would like to share an experience if they tried any of these.

I appreciate some information on this. Thank you!

Estroven isnt really going to do anything and the vitamin definetely will not. Womens vitamins have extra iron which isnt good for males. I have been on hormones for over 3 months and have used progesterone cream nightly and have had some but little results as far as breast development and fat reallocation from that. You may get something from herbs, nothing really dramatic, after only a month i would doubt you would see any results from estroven. I would take a regular multivitamin, there are several herbs you can take over a period of time that may help but a month you will not see anything from taking any type of supplement. Be careful with the hormone route as well. The estroven will not hurt you at all in normal dosage amounts.

Go to Ask.com and type "Side effects of Estroven on males". There are several sites to review. Estroven does not have an official answer.

It seems that Estroven has varying side effects depending on the amount of natural estrogen already in your system. It gave me alot of calm and my breasts and nipples are swollen in the morning. Some have reported just the opposite effect. I have seen some growth, but only after this regime with massage. Estroven PM is also great for a good night's sleep without hangover in the morning like one can get from Tylenol P.M. and its sisters.

I have recently moved over to a natural herb supplement with fenugreek, wild yam, etcetera. I decided to drop off the Estroven and am seeing great results. Remember that breast growth is a long term project even with hormones.

I prefer gradual because it is easier on everyone around me and Elizabeth, too.

My understanding is that Estroven will not work on a born-male body. Vitamins (eg. men's vs women) are specialized for the body-types. Men normally need more of some things while women another. Iron is a good example: normally men get enough in their diet but women do not (especially because periods deplete iron). Calcium is another example...women need more than men.

So I would not recommend either approach. I'm not sure any harm will result but I also don't think either will accomplish what you seek.
