Lucky you Norman. I guess I'll have to settle for what I have now, 36A+. Hopefully I'll get to a B. I really wish I could get implants though.

Norman you lucky devil, make sure you post some pics so we can see your new "girls" in a sexy top. I'm sure the moderators won't let you post them in your bra.
I myself have grown my own all natural 44C cup boobs. I have my "girls" in a plunge bra so that I can show a fair amount of cleavage as well in a low V-neckline or a baby doll top.

Norman,
Implants have been on my mind since I really started to dress more often but being almost 60yrs old it may not be in the cards. Plus I still like to dress and mingle as a man now and then. If I make that life change most of the things I do today will be a thing of the past. Congratulations with you choice and I hope you are happy. Huggs Keli

Great.
You need to do what works for you not anyone else.
My shape(big thighs) justifies me having large breasts.
I have never had back problems even when I was wearing the large forms for days.
I just wished and if I make the transition I have the guts you have.

Tho' not contemplating transition but would consider breast implants to get the look for CD purposes. For some reason I think hiding them at work would not be that hard.
How much are implants anyway?

I bet you are sore. Hope it was all worth it though hon. Something that I have contemplated for a long time but as Ive gotten older I'm not sure I can be bothered any more. As for the cost well not sure I could justify that either. The last I heard they were approximately £3000, oh what I could do with that kind of money.
Take care
Bev
does size matter. when i get mine done if it up to 500cc then i'll get 500cc why cheep out . any how good for you all the best

We think alike Tracii; exactly alike.
A modest set could be easily hidden at a job where our coworkers, boss and customers have only seen us in drab ... I know from personal experience.
Strapping down a set of forms with a very supportive bra is a lot of fun! :battingeyelashes:

I find the idea of having a fem endowment up there fascinating. So far, I am trying home made forms, and wear them a lot. Next step is to get some professional quality forms. I hate pain and would be a worrywart about surgery, so implants are not really an option.
But I have thought about it. I started thinking about it when I read of the account, (published and well circulated a few years ago), by the professional gambler, who bet a big amount of money, he would get implants and keep them for at least a year. He went through with it, and said there are some girls that really like it on him, though he is not a CD or TS, only having the physical assets of breasts and of course needing a bra to support them.

I've thought about breast implants and so checked out some follow up studies done in Canada. What they found was that over 50% of the clients needed follow up surgery and that the overall healthy of patients (measured my trips to the hospital) was worse following the surgery.
So, although, the cosmetic enhancement would be fun at times, the thought of impairing my long term health asks me to consider a bigger picture.

What you see in my Avatar is all me. I have had breasts since about age 14. No doctor ever told me that I had a medical condition, even when I was in the Navy. I just had breasts!
I have been professionally fitted for Bras on several occasions, and every time they tell me I am a natural 40 B.:) I see no reason to monkey with Mother Nature's work! Unless you are a very large man, why would anyone want DD's? I want to look like a normal woman when I dress, not a Drag Queen!

Yeah, right. And I'm a spaceman!
It's true!
It goes back to the very early 1990's.
The gentleman in question kept them for a year ... but at the end of the year he wasn't ready to have them removed.
He had a long line of GORGEOUS women patiently waiting their turn in line to get romantic with him.
His frequency was three times a day!
Not to shabby!
It was on the network news a few times.

I read the story in a book. I do admit it sort of sounds fishy, when you relate it, since this sort of betting/being forced theme does appear in some CD fantasies. But sometimes things that sound fishy rally are true!

My wife just asked me what I want for this Christmas and I told her Breast Implants. She is considering it! I would not get really big ones, just enough to fill out a 38C bra. I wear a 38C now but I have to push up my breast and use tape to get the look I want and I could probably get away with just a breast lift to fill out the bra properly but since I will have to go under the knife I might just as well get a little more size. I'll let you all know if I get my X-Mass wish.

I feel a similar way, although I'm not contemplating transition or getting implants, but last week I ordered from Drag Queen.com some non-prescription hormone pills (raw mammary) and a jar of ultra breast enlargement cream. See how that works.

"For some reason I think hiding them at work would not be that hard." Try wearing your bra and forms to work and see how hard it is to hide, I'm not out to work and I have B cup breasts hard to hide and I have had comments from the guys at work already.

Norman, I'm having an impossible time believing your story. Look at your post history, you've gone from totally in the closet in March to a first outing in April to herbal breast enhancement results to d-cups on 10/3 (curiously, no one bought that one like your current tale).
You found a doctor to implant "dd's" in late October? Into someone who it is fair to presume still presents full time as a male??? Those in medically supervised transition don't even move that fast, not to mention how medically irresponsible the whole thing seems. Let's see, your post was on 11/10 and you said you have been in recovery for a month. Hmmm, that'd put you at about 10/10 when you went under the knife, only a week after your herbal revelation.
Further evidence - 10/3 you have yourself d's from six months of taking bust fuel. That means you started on or about 4/3 and yet you posted on 7/12 that you want advice on how to go about doing so.
If your goal was to receive adoration from girls who can only dream of having breast implants, congrats, you achieved it. I for one am not necessarily falling for your story after wading through all this nonsense.

I read the article about him in "Maxim" magazine and saw him interviewed on "The Man Show." He kept them for longer than a year because of the attention he was getting from the ladies. AND, he won the surgery ina poker game against the surgeon performing the surgery.

It's a pity when we have to come right out and doubt the truthfulness of a member, but this is a strange history. And no photos in evidence. If you are confident enough to live with size DD implants, you should be able to put up a photo on a CD website. It's not as though you have a secret any more...

I've lost count of how many people have tried to pull the wool over our eyes with boob job stories. One thing they have in common though is their post count, it's usually pretty low and they've only been here a short while. I think my BS radar was right on the money when I read the first post.

I dont think I'd like em permanent anyway. Too much hassle, getting in the way when I'm doing 'male' type stuff.
I dont even have any forms, but quite like the idea. Dont want to spring that one on my understanding wife just yet though. The fact that I have several paits of sexy boots, several leather skirts, denim dress etc etc under the bed, and she doesn't mind, is good enough!
I guess, as for me, CDing is probably 50% sexual, I'd just go for the biggest I could, but there's NO WAY I'd want to be hampered with them forever!
I also agree - BS.

I have had my implants for almost 10 years now and only regrets I have is why I didnt do it sooner? I live full time though and I know not everyone can do that. I still get out here and do all my "guy" stuff still and they dont get in the way like someone else said and as many of you know I do have many pics out there to show im for real... I am hoping to get new"larger" ones this next summer... im currently DD and what the hell.. we only live once!
