more pay for FTM individuals

Reading today' "News of the Weird' I read that MTF folks experience a pay drop for the same work performed before the SRS. I know this isn't news. I was surprised to read that-whoever compiled these statistics-never revealed-that the new males get more money than they earned as genetic females! This surprised me.
I wish I were a genetic female-would be glad to have the smaller salary -and have my brain working better with my body. best, helen
