This is a great time of year to buy things on sale, and some of the catalogs that I am receiving have the most amazing holiday outfits....some outfits that make my knees weak!

But do you have any special events to wear these outfits to?

I just got an invite for a Holiday Party hosted by one of the salons that does makeovers on December 16th. There will be about 20 of us girls there. Now I have an additional excuse to splurge!

Buying some presents for my family and friends. Hoping that my very obvious dropped hints as to what I want haven't fallen on deaf ears! Buying a party frock and shoes. Try and drink sensibly (yeah, right!).

It's certainly easier to shop for femme fashions during the holidays. I know one thing though, I would not wake up at 4:00 am to go shopping!

I would like to wear a pretty dress and womans coat and shoes out to the mall or church but do not have that level of comfort to do so!

Happy Holidays!

Went to Midnight mass last X-mas and I was just as catty as all the women there had to wear my Angora Coat with Black Fox Collar and Cuffs. Was simple Purrrrfect, If I can will be doing again this year.

Right now I don't know what plans are and if I'll be going to any Christmas partys or not. But last night my fiancee and I were talking about it and agreed it might be time to tell her parents, which will be hard consdering they are very ultra conservitave and sometimes can act like "holier than thou" Christians. I mean, there still pissed that we had Thanksgiving at our place instead of theirs.
But if we do tell them, were going to insist that I be able to attend dressed how I want to be dressed. And for that, were trying to find us both matching Christmas dresses. So regardless if we go anywhere or not, it's going to be an enjoyable holiday season

I have always adored the holiday season. The "social" group I attend has a holiday themed gathering in December for which I treasure the chance to totally overdress. I actually started planning last January when I bought a $109 silk INC dress at Macy's on clearance for $13 (or thereabouts, I'm sick to remember such details). Throughout the year I have since found another dress which I prefer so I'll wear that one instead. Since I don't do the club thing, this is my chance to break out a party dress and kick up my heels.

When it comes to shopping, I have also discovered how much fun it is to be out and about with the mall crowd. Bags in hand, I love just being out shopping like any other girl.
