I was working sunday, i was a cashier and when i got done with the last customer, The next customer a mother her cd son, (age 8-10 i believe) who was wearing real earing, a red dress, ballet flat, and a gray puncho like sweater. I beleive he had on makeup and he had his hair down. While i was checking, i was thinking the mother of this child is very accepting of him and has allowed her son to dress as a girl. I wanted to say something to the mother but there were other co worker around me. i was glad to see that she was there for him. she had to be a cool mother. i wish my mom was like that when i was little.

How can you be sure it was a boy and not a boyish girl? Because we are CDers, we can sometimes jump to conclusions which may not be true. I agree with you though, if the child was a boy, then his mum is really to be congratulated....lucky guy.

I agree with Dragster. At that age it can be difficult to accurately gauge the sex of a child.

With todays fashions it is hard to guage the sex of a person at any age. Keli

Heck, for all we know the mother just likes to dress her boy up in girls clothes! I've heard multiple stories of such occurrences.

Either way, a mother as accepting as that would be nice.
