I really love my wife and sometimes she just zings me good.

Last night I was painting my nails quietly in the office. I had on my reading glasses so I can see to do them. I also had on a nice white sweeter, a pink top and navy blue skirt. She comes and peeks in on me and gives me this wicked grin. So I wait to hear what she has to say and she comes up with, hi Mrs. Clause how’s Santa? Did she stop there? No, later at dinner she comes to me and says, “ would you do me a favor? I need you to give Santa my Christmas list.” Well this morning, she really gets me. I forgot about last night and had on my red flannel nightgown and came into the office where she was working and looked at me and said, “I knew Mrs. Clause wore a red nightgown to bed!”

So do any of you girls have problems like this too or am I the one that got stuck with a wife like this?

That's a problem I'd love to have Cheryl! That your wife can joke around with you while you are dressed is pretty cool.Lucky girl!

I think a lot of us wish we had SOs that would be accepting of our dressing enough to 'zing' us rather than 'dis' us!

My girlfriend has started to get comfortable enough to start teasing me about wearing girlier clothes than her. She has even started to refer to me as female once in awhile.
I count as a blessing, especially since she is understanding of me wanting to transition.

If I wore a flannel nightgown to bed my GF would wonder what happened to all of my peignoir sets and accuse me of dressing all frumpy. :D:D:D

You have a problem? She's not swearing at you for being a CDer and saying that "you are the scum of the Earth" and "you will burn in hell when you die," as did my ex-wife

The things you wife has said sound friendly, loving, with light teasing. I can only wish for somthing this benign after I tell my GF.

Your wife sounds pretty decent, I to have an SO like yours kinda, lol
My SO though has made a few snide comments here and there regarding seeing me CDed twice in the past.

The funniest one lately, but not related to cd-ing was about a month ago, she got pissed, looked up at me from the comp chair and says "you better watch it buddy, you can be replaced very easily" :heehee:
I laughed so hard I almost fell over, then she even started laughing over that one. We kidd alot, all in fun though.

Yes you are indeed lucky. So just enjoy and joke back. At least she isn't saying nasty things to you.

Cheryl,

I don't think it's as much as a problem for you as it is for those of us who are still looking for that level of understanding or does your wife have a sister like her? Enjoy and wish you both the best. Keli

I think she has a Christmas list, she want Mrs. Clause to give to Santa. You need to get the list, and try your best to get whats on it. After all, if she is that understanding, SHE DISERVES IT.:hugs:

I can not see where you have any problem at all. Many of us can only wish to have a wife like yours. Be good to her.

I’m sorry to give the wrong impression with the word “problem”. I just meant it as to deal with something like this. I really do appreciate her and love her very much. I just get this type of thing every day and wanted to share it with you girls. So please understand that it’s not a difficulty to me, just one of those day to day things that I thought I would share.

Sound like you have a great wife!

One of the things taht I told my wife, while she was still my fiance, and I had just told her about my crossdressing was that CDing can and should be a fun thing.

So, yes there is a lot of tease-y flirty things in our relationships -- her snapping my bra strap, asking me what colour panties I'm wearing when she calls me at work, joking about peeking up my skirt, not to mention the comments I make about her jockstraps and tighty-whiteys!

Life is good!

Huggles

Cheryl, I think most of us can only hope we ever have that 'problem'. A wife with a sense of humor about crossdressing?? Yeah, that's a problem.....like having too much money or free time is a problem.

I know that when I leave all my bras hanging around or my makeup case is left out all overr the bed yup I guess I am slob she aslways comes into the living room and says something like where is that girl, tell her to get in there and pick up her crap lol.. its funny

If it weren't for my wife's unerring ability to keep me humble by having impeccable timing to say exactly the right thing this relationship would have ended a long time ago. Her sense of humor is by far the best aspect of her personality. We went through some very difficult moments when I came out to her but ultimately it was our ability to accept the situation and deal with all the many cd issues with healthy doses of humor that kept us together. I'd love to have more "problems" like this. It goes a long way towards keeping things in perspective.

As previously stated, I'm not really a crossdresser, I just wear girlie underwear and stockings, and shoes....and her skirts sometimes.......and her dress once......[gulp].

Anyway, my very S.O. often plays/teases me about my habit. I can be laying in bed of a morning and be woken by a pair of panties landing on my face with the words "come on.... up you get.... get dressed:o we're going out.... stockings, bra and camisole......get a move on"

If I'm ever lacking in confidence I can ask "ooh, what shall I wear today?" and get some nice suggestions. Silly I know, but it's nice when she says "all black today".

I know I'm very very lucky, she left her previous SO for similar reasons. Hence why I don't rock the boat about dressing up.

Totally cool! My wife does this too. If I'm wearing something strappy and one of the straps falls down she asks me if someone "ravished me". LOL
