It's hard to know how to answer because we don't know anything about your relationship with her except that you thought she didn't know about your crossdressing. If she didn't know, then it would be very unusual for a gg to gift such things to a guy. If she did know then it wasn't much of a secret and you probably should find out if she is interested in you. It's hard to imagine any gg gifting such items to a guy without some interest. My best guess!
