Hi girls,

I've done two firsts today. I've tucked for the first time and I've put makeup on for the first time. I look and feel fantastic from the neck down! Above the neck, I look horrendous!

Just thought I'd share lol!

Simone, if you've only just put makeup on for the first time, then you can only get better at it, it takes practice to get it right. I dont think I did anything too special the first time I tried, I didnt know how to apply makeup any good.
Its good that you've tried both those things.

Don't get discoursged. It will take some time before the makeup will begin to look right. Just practie and then more and more practice. I think we tend to overdo when we first start, SO, try not using too much and see how that looks. Hang in there!!!!

Congrats Simone, I have only been experimenting for a short time with makeup. I am getting better but I havent done my whole face, just mascara and lipstick mainly. As for tucking, I am quite good at it now considering what I have to hide,lol.:D
Keep at it, it will become easier the more you try. :love:

well I have photos of my first makeup atempt and it would scare anyone!!! And after a couple years worth of practice I finally got it figured out... Kind of... I hope.. :)

Woo, congratulations, Simone! It could be much worse -- you could be the other way around, or uniformly horrid.

You'll get it. Make-up is an odd art, that's partially very subtle and in other ways, rather over-stated. Once you get the mechanics down -- getting the eyeliner on without blinding yourself, for instance, you'll find it's also kind of a pleasurable, girly thing to do.

Practice, practice, PRACTICE :) !
