A female friend asked me to meet her at Karaoke last night. So, I got dressed and drove to the tavern.
Dressed, yes; denim skirt, black tights, mid-calf high heel boots, and sweater.
Fresh manicure, too, from the nail salon.
My friend was a little bit distracted. Head in the clouds. She is looking for a new boyfriend.
Anyway, there was a table of about six girls. And they wanted my story. Why I was all dressed up.
I made up some nonsense, and that was that. Or so I thought.
"I have never met a man," said the blonde, "who had nails more beautiful than mine."
You have now, I was thinking.
"Will you ask me to dance?" said the the blonde, who was Eve. "Like Adam and Eve."
"Would you like to dance?" I asked, as instructed.
I took her hand, and led her to the tiny dance floor.
"I love to dance," Eve confided. "Just love to dance."
We must have danced for over an hour. Eve was all over me, and the heat was building. Her hands were everywhere. It was foreplay on the dance floor.
Her girlfriends were staring at us, the girl in pants dancing with the guy in heels and a skirt. Sort of funny.
Who says the man in a skirt can't get the girl?
