I found it funny....

I was dressed the other night and the wife looks at me and says, "that is the wrong color of lipstick for you, You need something darker". i`m thinking, cool. So, yesterday before she goes grocery shopping she asks me if I need anything. Yep, I tell her, some new lipstick and some facial cream.

2 hours later she comes home loaded down with groceries. I`m in my recliner channel surfing. She tossed me a tube of lipstick and some new moisturizer and jokingly says, "Becoming a bit high maintenance aren`t we"? We both got a kickout of it and I am still gigling about it today.

This morning I got another chuckle. I was using some of the moisturizer and she says, "watch how much you use, that stuff is expensive". I laughed and asked her, "So, are you going to ration out my make up and stuff". she just laughed and said, "that stuff is $18 a tube". I love her, she sure knows how to pick at me and be sarcastic as well. :o

My wife saw the sales flyers in yesterday's paper and said,"CVS has Cover Girl on sale, 2 for 1". We went to CVS today and she picked out 2 lipsticks for herself and said "get 2 for your self as well". Then we saw some new mascara on sale too. Guess what else I came home with? Do I love my wife or what? Too bad every one can't have an accepting/understanding wife like mine. Oh yah, we celebrated 23 years together last month. Joni is one lucky gal.

lol, that's awesome! i don't have stories like that because i'm the one who buys all the makeup in the relationship and i'm the one who would tell my SO her lipstick is all wrong. haha.
